The automatic 18% tip for party of 2 is ridicules. I usually tip according to party size in this case I'd not do 18%. Plus their service wasn't good at all since I'd expect better service with the 18% tip. They didn't come to refill water, rice on time. During our time dinning there, the server came twice in total to serve us after bringing the food.

There is a certain level of service that you just donāt expect from a Chinese restaurant, but this is so much worse than that. We waited for 20mins before anyone stopped at our table. The table behind us got their food already by the time anyone took our order. Our drinks came out towards the end of the dinner. No one else stopped by during the entire dinner, we had to wave people down to get more napkins. Towards the end we went up to a waiter to get our check and boxes. The worst part is that they have 18% service charge so they donāt care and there is nothing you can do. There are so many other restaurants in the twin cities that serve better food with faster service. We are swearing off this restaurant and we will also tell all those around us the same. Itās time to make some serious changes or itās going to go out of business.

I genuinely used to enjoy their food, specially their pan fried noodles & chicken chow fun in black bean sauce, but whatās with the auto-applied 18% gratuity? Iām sorry but this isnāt going to work very well in the long run. Iāve stopped visiting ever since. Also, when asked, the waiter sounded extremely entitled and normalised the idea of the mandatory 18% tip!
