Tried this place out. I was slightly disappointed in a few things. The Ox Tail was a little tough, and they don't have any spicy jerk wings, basically just buffalo wings like you can get anywhere. It was also kinda spendy for what I got.
I went here during lunch around 12 pm on a Tuesday and there were only a couple of other customers. If you are dining in, they will come and take your order at your table. I suggest ordering at the register regardless if you eat in or takeaway. The food was good and plentiful, but the service was pretty bad.
We went there this afternoon and ate and had a couple beers. The food is fantastic. We sat by the windows and, because it was so nice out, and they had the big windows open. Good atmosphere, the girl working was really friendly and seemingly a one-girl-show. She did a great job balancing everyone. So glad that businesses are moving back into downtown Saint Paul. ?
