Whoever manages today Monday Feb 17th is extremely unprofessional and rude I called because I ordered mozzarella sticks with my order and I did not receive them and she was being rude and saying “well it’s not my fault “ I said I didn’t say or care who’s fault it is so I get a refund or a credit because I paid for something i didn’t receive and also tipped them . I really hope she put the credit on like she said after I had to argue with her about it smh not ordering from this location again!!!

Ordered delivery, pizza never showed. I called the store, explained I had in the instructions to call upon arrival. The manager said “it’s not my fault the drivers don’t speak English. They aren’t gonna call” didn’t offer a solution until I said “ok, what can you do?” Her solution: can remake but will be another 60-90 minutes and again, driver probably won’t call upon arrival” I went and picked up and out my tip and delivery fee. Not a happy camper.

The manager on duty today went above and beyond I have made multiple repeat orders here and today for some strange reason the online order was mixed up partly b cause the system didn’t update my preferred request. Through I ordered 1. Large, they got 2 large orders with mixed up toppings . The manager cancelled the order and gave me store credit after making me a fresh correct order.

My daughter is an excellent reader and has such her school has a program and target to encourage students every month on reading. So she get a certification every month to go get a topping pizza at any Pizza Hut. When I got there. The manager was super rude and such a lier. Anyways, I see why this location has the 2.8 in rating. NEVER returning to this location again. Worst customer service ever.

This location literally sucks so bad!! I’ve ordered here twice and both times something always seems to go wrong. The customer service is actually terrible and it’s impossible to get on the phone with a manager. When you finally do get ahold of one, they literally “redirect” you or put you on hold and then hang up. Tonight I ordered pizza, wings, and cinnamon sticks. I only received my pizza and wings. When I called to let them know one of my items was missing they told me I never orders the cinnamon sticks to begin with. On my receipt it says I did, and the $64 I paid also does. When I asked the “manager” why my total was $64 if I supposedly only paid for pizza and wings, she put me on hold and I finally hung up after waiting for ten minutes. DO NOT order from here!!! You’re gonna get terrible customer service, your money will be stolen, and you might not even receive all of your food. Thanks for ruining my night losers

I was Hungry yesterday after work and errands, so I decided to treat myself to a personal pan pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks. It seemed like there might've only been one gal in the whole restaurant, but she was friendly and efficient taking my order on the phone, my food was hot and ready when I arrived, and it was so delicious. I had almost consumed a whole slice of pizza before getting back to my car and I swear, it was one of the most decadent moments of my life. Scratched all my 80's kid, book-it itches. A+

me and my boyfriend spent $30 here on a large pizza and some wings tonight.
this is the most disgusting pizza hut i have ever had. the pizza is so thin its like a piece of paper, to top it off it barely had any pizza sauce on it!! it also tastes like its frozen or microwaved?? same with the wings, they tasted very greasy, and gross.
this was the most highly rated pizza hut so we decided to try this one, but never again.
the lady working at the counter also had a attitude with us.
overall extremely disappointing.

Do not order the Pepperoni Lovers as it's much closer to the Pepperoni Friends, i.e., noticeable lack of pepperonis. Plus the large was $22 for marginal pizza. I recommend almost anywhere else for pizza.
Pizza was uncooked I will have to throw it in the trash spend almost $40 bucks this pizza gave me h pylori be careful I was so sick the next day when I ate that pizza

I ordered pizza late on a Saturday night, nervous that it wouldn’t be as great of an experience as it would have been if I’d have ordered earlier. Turns out, I was wrong! The pizza was cooked perfectly, the driver delivered in a very timely manner, especially for a Saturday night. The people working were great and I was beyond satisfied with my experience and my pizza!!!
