What really matters is the time that you go. I've been there when the lot was full but a couple of people were leaving so I was able to park. I've also been there when only a handful or cars were in the lot. If the lot is full, you could try parking on the side street around the corner.

Pizza was delivered completely cold because the delivery driver sat in his car by the local Menards for 20 minutes.Had to ask him if he was actually coming. Eventually did with some convincing (gave this dude a tip too).

This location is the absolute worst. I came in to get my pizza remade after one of my two previous pizzas from the night before was burned and not just a little bit but a lot!!!! The fact that they still sold it to me says a lot and I’m pretty sure they would not have had to credit me if they would have just remade it before I even came in to pick it up. The manager was unprofessional, she clearly had an attitude. I’m not sure if they know what good customer service is at this time i feel as though they are simply charging people for garbage. To the manager who serviced me if you don’t like your job simply get another one. You’d be better off, working in a place behind the scenes where you don’t have to reflect your nasty attitude.

This was my first and last time ordering from this store. It was so disappointing!Got my order about an hour late and no copy of my receipt. It was barely warm. No sauce for the bread sticks, no cutlery for the pasta. Extremely bland and flavorless except for an almost freezer burned taste to the pasta.I called to ask about a refund (at least a partial) but was offered store credit instead. Why would I want store credit for the place that made the worst food I've ever had at pizza hut? The manager reluctantly told me she could put in a refund request with her district manager but that it could take several weeks to process.
My girlfriend ordered here at 11:00 PM through the app. They accepted payment. It has been nearly 3 hours and the delivery locator still says it is in the oven, which I knew was a lie after waiting 40 minutes. I know she shouldn't of ordered from there, especially after the reviews I showed her, but still...it proved my point. You can NEVER trust any pizza shop that accepts orders if they close within an hour. It just makes me irritated that they will take $60 out of your account knowing they will not deliver your pizza. Welp, guess we are eating my cooking tonight lol. It is cheaper and you only have to wait 20 minutes, and you are guaranteed to have it.Please fire whoever works there and get some employees that deserve that check. This location has a closing time of 12AM, so if you order at 11PM, there is a 90/100 chance you will be staring at the locator for 4 hours and all it tells you is that "it is in the oven"! Fire your lazy employees please. They BETTER not be making more than $12 dollars an hour with these games. Into the kitchen we go and $60 siphoned out of her account.

pizza hut app showed us 45 minutes for delivery and then 15 minutes later, they texted us that our order was handed off to doordash, and it didn't arrive for 1 hour, 45 minutes. Pizzas were cold, driver didn't speak English. Struggled to figure out which store it was coming from on the app so I could call them directly. We would have never ordered pizza at 9:00 pm after a long day at a track meet if we knew it would take that long. I could have driven across town for food in half that time.

I’m saying that I don’t care if we are not customers you should be greeting as well. I will give this one star. Don’t come here when you are cold.
Lady. Who rung me up seemed to hate her job. Instead of. Saying hi it was. Hold. And. Barely any eye contact. To busy. Listening to her music. Messed up my order It didn’t let me make a note. So I got here two min after placing order and requested. To not have the garlic powder on it. She said ok. And they put it on I wait it’s for a new set of bread sticks to be made. And then she proceeds to say next time. U wanna make an order. Put a note. So. U couldn’t have said that the first time. If u hate ur job find a new one but don’t be gross.

With out a doubt, the worst pizza I've ever gotten. I would have felt better throwing $25 dollars out my car window. It was under cooked and tasted horrible. My 4 and 6 year old boys took 2 bites and said it was gross. Total waste of money.
