Ordered through the website and they delivered it through doordash, which would’ve been fine had I received the correct order. Tried to call the store and couldn’t get through bc it just rang and rang and then hung up. Finally got through to customer service which they have apparently outsourced and had them reorder it, then had to way ANOTHER 30-45 minutes. Will never order from here again!!

She provided amazing customer service, and even after the fact when I lost my receipt, she went above and beyond to help me get a new one. She provided the customer service that you don’t always see these days and I am truly appreciative.

I ordered my food at 9 pm. They repeated it to me and confirmed it would be here in a half an hour to 45 minutes. I called a hour later and they ran out of part of my order, so they just cancelled my order instead of calling, so I'm standing outside for almost a hour hungry and when I call they hang up on me. I'll never order there again, and I'm making a point to make the establishment go through hell. That's what I had to deal with

If you order delivery from them it goes to door dash. Pizza never showed up as I was sitting outside after the text saying they were on there way. Dasher said he handed the pizza to me. Someone else is enjoying it. Called doordash, no help since I didn't order through them. Call Pizza hut and no one answers the phone. Call 800 number and they just send me to the store number.....

App and website is so terrible the entire franchise should close. Even if you call in they can't help properly as the app and website is so bad they never have rewards.
Its less than 1 block fromm dominos. They will work every time so giver your business there

I was very impressed with the staff person today. She was efficient, orderly about who was in line to be served next, polite and friendly under stress as it was a little bit busy. Her name was Stephanie. I have not written a review for this Pizza Hut before but can say that while I don't remember who has served me in the past. I am always pleased with the servers. And the pizza is great!

I was excited to hear Pizza Hut opening up in the neighborhood. The first few orders were great. Then they stopped carrying the one topping I like on my pizza which is green olives. They also stopped carrying blue cheese which I also like to dip with my pizza. It’s just this location as I’ve ordered my usual go to from other locations just fine. So now I order from a different place because they have what I need. Just a bummer as I really enjoy their pizza.
