Messed up our order the two times we ordered from this location, first time we left it alone because we know mistakea happen but it was nothing close to what we ordered, I'm assuming my order got swapped. Second time went in the store with the mistake food which jad someone elses name (even asked if we were sure the name didn't belong to us ?‍♀️)and the customer service was terrible.

I door dashed my order and when it arrived it was missing the drink and cinnamon rolls, I contacted them and didn’t get a refund so it was a waste. The pizza was alright and though nothing spectacular .

Is this place Under New Management or something? My toppings are spotted throughout.I was actually getting a meat lovers Pizza about a month ago when poc were working here, but now I'm getting spotted toppings throughout my pizza now that poc no longer work here, what the heck is going on? before you can tell people of color was making my food correctly, but now that's not the case anymore, it's as if they're worried about not having enough toppings or ingredients; this is the second time this has happened within two to three weeks and I just started going to this location. I truly just wasted my money the food is very dry barely any toppings on it. And that is not what I was getting about a month ago I was getting heavy toppings my garlic sauce was pouring out of the pizza and it was very cheesy. See pics below. Order picked up today 1/9/24.

I would like to first start off with the attitude of one of your employees.I called to voice my opinion about how I was given the wrong pizza and I wanted to complain.I asked her name and she said Stephanie,her tone was very nasty.She told me that she didn't have time she was very busy.She had a lot of horse playing going on as well.When I arrived she was nestled up talking with one of the employees.Maybe that's why they made such a horrible mistake on my order.I wouldn't have such a problem if she was a little bit professional over the phone.I am by far unimpressed and I'm never coming to your establishment.And I'm gonna tell my friends to not come as well.Too much horseplaying.

Stopped in to order takeout. It only took about 8-10 minutes to make everything. Went back outside to wait in my vehicle. Once the food was finished, one of their employees was nice enough to bring it out to me. Very kind of him.

When we ordered, the woman gave us the wrong price. She said a large one topping pizza was $17.99 and it was only $11.99. The previous time we came, the woman sat on the phone for at least 15 minutes trying to take a cresit card over the phone and jept screwing it up. She tries 6 times before it went thru. Instead handing us our pizza that we had ordered ahead of time which was sitring right there, and then she could have finished on the phone. She just said, I am the manager, like that made it ok for her to do whatever she wanted, and she was real rude besides. They dont need her!
