I could see why the bar is not very successful! You're under staffed, stressed and avoiding eye contact with customers, especially those sitting at the bar. You make the customers feel like they're a burden to you when they ask for water, to refill water or to go containers. Most places will ask to refill the water because they're paying attention to their customers. If it's a group by the bar, they'll give the group a pitcher of water with cups. Something to think about.

Plan B Lounge is an awesome place to host a private event! They are professional and also so easy to communicate with during the event planning! I would most definitely host another event here in the near future. Also, their food was delicious!!! Egg rolls and chicken wings were delicious and came out on time! Thank you, Plan B Lounge for letting us host our party there!

A very quiet and laid back place. Happy hour is amazing. It's never packed so service is always super fast with 2 tvs and Foosball it's definitely a dive bar that has yet to be discovered. 2 for 1's during happy hour and karaoke !
