Had the catfish, mac and cheese, red beans and rice, and cornbread. Everything was phenomenal. Some of the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had. Cornbread with a little bit of the hot sauce 10/10.
The staff is super friendless and super cool. The portions are great, and the food is DELICIOUS!!! Even after reheating it at home.

Tenita is such a kind talented soul! She catered my grandmothers 90th birthday party and it was phenomenal! Everything was so good and the family raved about how good everything was. They loved the strawberry crunch cake so much they placed another order the very next day! I highly recommend Poohs Food Fa Ya Soul for your next event where catering is needed. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Tenita for making our event special, there is nothing like celebrating family, love and life over excellent comfort food!

The best smothered chicken I’ve ever had!!! Red beans and rice were seasoned to perfection. Corn bread was yummy deliciousness. You can tell the food was made with love. I’m definitely coming back for more :))
The sweet potatoes taste like a sunset. Pure bliss. If you have the fortune of coming across Pooh's Food, do yourself a favor and eat as much as you can.

The yams are a must-try. Love the cinnamon they season them with. Ribs are also incredible.
I forgot to take a picture because the food looked so good that I dove right in! I got the catfish dinner with Mac n cheese and yam with a side of the cornbread. I LOVED this meal! Mac and cheese was super creamy and had season. Yams were cooked well, nice and soft and sweet, catfish was so good with a lemon pepper season on them. Brought me back to my childhood. Cornbread was delicious, nice and moist and sweet. Definitely will be back and recommend to all.
