Chances is a fun, hole in the wall establishment. The drinks and music are great. Aaron and Grover spice up the experience with their fun banter with the guests. The food is tasty and always hot. I have so many friends that rave about it. My favorite is the Cheese Steak. Definitely a St. Paul gem to come check out.

We were pleasantly surprised by how great the "Bar" food is. It's not your average bar food at all.
My husband had the cheese steak and I had a massive chili dog. ( I needed to use a fork and knife-dont judge me) with their herb potato salad that was delicious!
The owner was working and chatted with us a bit, he was super nice!
The space itself is really nice. I was expecting a dingy establishment and it couldn't be further from the truth.
Worth checking out! Lots of TVs to watch sports. Can't wait for football season!
