The sandwiches are always tasty and filling. Love the assortment of chips available, and the desserts are excellent - especially the giant cookies! Don't forget to treat yourself to a shake too! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and get you in and out even during the busy lunch rush.
Update (6/10/25): I discovered last week that a skinny sandwich and a side of mac and cheese is just the right amount of food to fill you up for lunch! I had the skinny Cubano which was excellent, and the mac stayed super hot even after walking all the way back to my office to eat!
NO Hospitality!
You are in the hospitality business. Corporate needs to come down and give this team some training. I have given this location multiple attempts to redeem themselves. I have NEVER witnessed a business where ALL of the staff are in such terrible moods.
I watch multiple people be so polite to this staff, telling them thank you, and treating them with such courtesies, just to be returned with cold faces and zero gratitude.
It is really sad to see that such a cool franchise can be pulled so far down by bad attitudes and no work ethic.
The only reason this business is still standing is because of supply and demand. If there was any sort of competition, this location would be turned over.
I don't write this review with bad feelings, I'm just really at a loss for how poor experiences like this are just growing all too common.
I really hope this ownership team would look at their staff's overall morale and make a good attempt at making some changes.
It was the worst experience I've had in this country. I went to pick up a DoorDash order and had been waiting for it for 10 minutes. There was no one in line and they wouldn't serve me because I'm Latino. I complained that they could please serve me and deliver my order. They asked me to wait. A Black woman began to mistreat me and use vulgar language. In the end, I didn't receive my order and was subjected to xenophobia.
I came in on a Monday around 3:15pm stared at the menu to see what I wanted and went to the beginning where you choose your bread. There was a girl by the topping just looking at around, then looked at me out the corner of her eye and proceeded to whatever she was doing no acknowledgment.
The other gentlemen was by the register gave someone a pick up order and continued sweeping the floor.
I was going to order a pick up at that point instead of reacting to being blatantly ignored for 3 minutes and decided why when I can go eat elsewhere. May tomorrow be a better day for either one of them because clearly this day they dont feel like working.
I placed an order in advance to be delivered by a certain time via the Potbelly app. Forty minutes passed from my scheduled delivery time without a word, so I called. I was told that they “missed” it because it wasn’t above a certain dollar amount (?), but my order was ready and would go out for delivery ASAP. I asked how long the food had been sitting there, because with it being 40 minutes past the delivery time presumably this means my food would have been sitting for an hour or more by then. The person on the phone could not answer that. I said I’d like my order remade so it was actually fresh. The person on the phone put me on hold to speak to their manager, then came back and said the manager told them either I could get my order as-is or get a refund. Obviously I opted for a refund, because who wants food that’s been sitting in questionable conditions for over an hour? Rude, unhelpful, bad customer service. Think twice before ordering from here!
Get your orders right!!! You expect tips when you can't even get the orders right. And no this isn't the first time but I'm fed up with not getting what I paid for! No I don't have time to clock out again and go get my order fixed

Stood in line for about 10 minutes. Tried to order a salad (posted as an item being offered on every menu board) and was abruptly told they weren't doing salads because of how busy they were. Would have been nice if they could have communicated that via signage before I wasted so much time standing in line just to try to eat healthier.
All the staff were wonderful and outstanding, and very eager to help, Jake especially! He was patient even while I was indecisive, was quick and efficient, and was an overall bright spot in my day! The store was clean and organized, and the food was comforting and delicious. 10/10!

I'm obsessed with the pizza sandwich and chicken pot pie. I get this combo at least once a week at work in the Town Square skyway.

The guy fixing my sandwich was more interested in me being on MY PHONE than making my order, of course he made the wrong sandwich (turkey) and blamed it on me being on my phone. However, after I repeated Tuna for the 3rd time, he put so much on there it was disgusting, and he really did not look like personal hygiene is a priority in his life. I will go to potbelly because I love their sandwiches. But I need to see an improvement in staff before I return to this location!!!

Spoke to the GM Jake just now. I told him my order was received at 10:40a and at 12:05 I still had not received my order which contained hot food (I seriously doubt it will be by the time door dash is done messing around). He said aww, sorry, there's really nothing I can do about that. ? Impressive customer service here. No offer to make it right.

I love Potbelly sandwiches. This location, not so much. I earned a free sandwich on the app and when I tried to cash it in, the app wouldn't give the credit. Twice I stood there with the cashier and showed them I should get a free sandwich, all they would say is , if the app doesn't work , no free sandwich. Today the deal expired, so I tried again ordering at checkout, took 3 attempts and finally worked. The girl at the register says yeah the app is bad, and blamed it on whoever made the app. I think the guy in the beard is either the franchisee or the manager, very unfriendly and tells me I don't know how to use the app. What he should have done on first stop was honored the free sandwich and report the problem to corporate. Food 5 stars, Management 0 stars. Oh and the guy that takes your order and the people prepping the sandwich are top notch!
I made a terrible mistake coming here. My first and last time eating Potbelly. Mysteriously bland, poorly assembled sandwiches. A glorified pothole at best.

Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff here. I almost never had an issue here in the past year of regularly eating here as a work lunch, and when I did (for example not having a dessert I ordered), they offered alternatives or a refund. Just easy going place, I'd recommend for any sandwich lovers.
