All the staff were wonderful and outstanding, and very eager to help, Jake especially! He was patient even while I was indecisive, was quick and efficient, and was an overall bright spot in my day! The store was clean and organized, and the food was comforting and delicious. 10/10!

The guy fixing my sandwich was more interested in me being on MY PHONE than making my order, of course he made the wrong sandwich (turkey) and blamed it on me being on my phone. However, after I repeated Tuna for the 3rd time, he put so much on there it was disgusting, and he really did not look like personal hygiene is a priority in his life. I will go to potbelly because I love their sandwiches. But I need to see an improvement in staff before I return to this location!!!

Spoke to the GM Jake just now. I told him my order was received at 10:40a and at 12:05 I still had not received my order which contained hot food (I seriously doubt it will be by the time door dash is done messing around). He said aww, sorry, there's really nothing I can do about that. ? Impressive customer service here. No offer to make it right.

I love Potbelly sandwiches. This location, not so much. I earned a free sandwich on the app and when I tried to cash it in, the app wouldn't give the credit. Twice I stood there with the cashier and showed them I should get a free sandwich, all they would say is , if the app doesn't work , no free sandwich. Today the deal expired, so I tried again ordering at checkout, took 3 attempts and finally worked. The girl at the register says yeah the app is bad, and blamed it on whoever made the app. I think the guy in the beard is either the franchisee or the manager, very unfriendly and tells me I don't know how to use the app. What he should have done on first stop was honored the free sandwich and report the problem to corporate. Food 5 stars, Management 0 stars. Oh and the guy that takes your order and the people prepping the sandwich are top notch!

I made a terrible mistake coming here. My first and last time eating Potbelly. Mysteriously bland, poorly assembled sandwiches. A glorified pothole at best.

Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff here. I almost never had an issue here in the past year of regularly eating here as a work lunch, and when I did (for example not having a dessert I ordered), they offered alternatives or a refund. Just easy going place, I'd recommend for any sandwich lovers.

Really good sub place to eat when I come down to St Paul. I love their hot peppers.
Fast service, good service, and excellent food! What more could you want?I wandered in when I was staying at a nearby hotel for a conference. I'm glad I found this place on one of the early days of the conference so I could return for lunch more than once. Sure, there's lots of choices when it comes to lunch sandwich shops, but this place was just really good. They had quality food and nice people working there that were serving the food. I would go here for lunch every day that I'm in town.

I visited this place on Feb 16 2023 I was gonna get the latian sub but I didn't know were all sandwiches are toasted until one of employee said something but so I got the mama's meatball sub instead it be nice potbelly Advertises (( edit they do but not on there website )) they only sell hot subs not like jimmy johns or subway or jersey Mike's subs you got choice to choose from but you only have one option and that's hot subs the sub was Delicious but only problem I had is choice between cold and hot subs

St paul off cedar the workers were rude and I found a piece of hair that had been from the hair folical and I told them and they said it wasn't,, words were exchanged and told them I was reporting them and they threatened to call cps because I raised my hand to grab my child and she moved and it may have looked like I hit my child but I wouldn't hit my kid, told them make a report because I reported them,, My fiance was with me the whole time and seen what happened,,, HOW CAN I REACH OUT TO THW OWENR? PLEASE HELP ME DO THAT

This potbelly refused me service because they suspected my second sandwich was for a homeless woman, on the Friday before Christmas no less. I do not recommend spending your money there. The Caribou across the court from them and Charlie's are far better places to go, both for food and for kindness.

Let me just start this review off by saying how terrible my experience was. First, Potbelly was a little hard to get to, but that wasn't the problem. Then, when I took my sandwich out, (I ordered a grilled cheese) there was one piece of cheese that covered that entire thing (plus that one slice of cheese was hard). Each end had about 2 inches of just plain toasted bread. Most potbelly's I have been to give you tons of gooey, delicious cheese. I definitely do not recommend this location.
