Visited Ragin Cajun at the 2024 Minnesota state fair. I was excited for the Shrimp Po Boy. I wish I would of seen these posts. 3 years ago someone reported the horrible quality and taste of this sandwich. It is the same gross shrimp and gross tasting sandwich. I spent $15.50 and threw it away. Never again will I eat at this establishment. I wish the owner would visit Tupelo Mississippi to learn how to properly make this sandwich.

They have a hidden fee once it’s time to pay I purchased a gumbo for 10$ when you get there it’s 8 dollar tax the rice is over cooked and hard if you add shrimp they only cut 1 shrimp up for you it’s bad my first time going will be my last I will be having the health department check them out as well food tasted expired unprofessional.

The food is delicious ? i like the food but I kinda feel bad when I see the bathroom, it make me can't eat the food because it smells bad and dirty... I hope the owner should make it clean so when the customer go use, it can't make them feel bad or not comfortable to eat the food. I'm not trying to say anything bad about the restaurant but I just hope that the bathroom should look more clean.

Went here when they first opened. Ordered 2 lbs of head on shrimp and a crab leg cluster. Was missing a pound of shrimp and the shrimp was very mushy and pasty. Called to let them know. I went up there and showed them pics; got a sorry. I ordered again just to give them another try... the shrimp was again overcooked and too mushy. All I ever got was a sorry and never got offered a refund or a redo. Instead of complaining and leaving a bad review, I just never went back again. But this is my closest seafood place, and it pains me to know that I cant just go to my neighborhood seafood store to get food. I pass here all the time, and think about how my food turned out, so I had to leave my review... It was eating at me. Hope your food turns out better than mine and that you get what you paid for.
Okay food I liked the cajun wings the sauce could be better for the cajun boil but all in all it was good not great but good

Tried the crawfish and a catfish po boy. Sandwich was great, with really good flavor both from the sauce and the fish itself. The crawfish with ragin sauce were fantastic. A few were so big that they looked like small lobsters. I get that their sizes are always random, but none were overly small like some places serve. These guys are serving up the good stuff! You might want an extra side of ragin sauce. Doesnt matter what you plan to put it on. Just grab some. It's that delicious!
