Good food but 45 dollars for 2 coffees & 2 breakfast sandwiches was too much and not worth the price.

Outstanding all around! The Jerusalem bagel is literally the best bagel I’ve ever had. Go here, it’s great!

Nice small independent bakery. I've stopped for coffee, and bought a couple loaves of bread and their bagels. Cappuccino was excellent.
However I find the breads I've tried are overcooked. You may see this in the photos - the loaves are baked to a very dark brown, so the crust is extremely hard rather than chewy - it's difficult even to cut. I find they have a charred flavor that I don't enjoy.
The best bagels in town hands down! We drive from NE Mpls once a month or so just for these. And the beet horseradish schmear 👌

I can’t rate service or atmosphere because I didn’t experience them personally. I heard it was a little snooty.
We got a few bread items. The bread itself tastes very good for sourdough.
The bagel-shaped bread is not to be mistaken for actual bagel. The chew, finish and flavor are all wrong. If you want bagel shaped sourdough for a sandwich I think this would do fairly well, but the crust is burnt beyond a pleasant experience. It’s not fancy, it’s just badly executed. I will not subject myself to it again. Other reviewers seem to enjoy it which may speak to my own palate so make your own assessment. The bread tastes good, even when bagel shaped.

I love Razava and recommend that everyone should try it if they can. I have tried their breakfast plates, their coffee (SK espresso beans woot woot!), their bread, and their cookies. All of the food I’ve tried had me ooh-and-aahhing the whole time. Some photos for proof :)

I dropped in at Razava Bakery yesterday for the first time. Truly a great experience! I was there to pick up some bread and got some sourdough, which is fantastic! Warm and friendly vibe, will be back soon for breakfast!

If I had to nitpick, the NY bagel seemed slightly under baked or gluten underdeveloped (compress it and the crumb doesn't spring back to). Their roasted tomato toast is salty and full of tomato flavor, you MUST try the Jerusalem Bagel (subtle honey sweet), the sabich is full of seasoned potatoes and perfect pickles. The latke was super well seasoned!

Update about a month later: I got the pane francese loaf today and it is THE loaf for sandwiches... it's like a ciabatta but chewy and tangy from the sourdough. I made an absolutely life changing sandwich with it.

The NY bagel with the caper shmear was SO good, I can't stop thinking about it and want to get one again tomorrow LOL. Best bagel I've had in the twin cities hands down. It was chewy while still being tender and flavorful. Not too bready or hard like lots of bagels I've had around here. The caper cream cheese was perfectly briney and creamy. I love the San Fran sourdough loaf too!

I love this place. These are possibly the best bagels I've had and the space is beautiful, sunny, and well-run with plenty of seating. Just a plain bagel is delicious. The cookies are original recipes and delicious. I'd love it if they were open Mondays and Tuesdays too, but know people need their days off, especially in a small business!

Is it possible to buy a more expensive loaf of bread in Saint Paul? Probably not. Will you returns here for subsequent loaves of bread after that first purchase? If you like good bread, almost certainly.
As of Fall, 2025–very much worth stopping in to walk out with a loaf. Preferably a large one.
