I dropped in at Razava Bakery yesterday for the first time. Truly a great experience! I was there to pick up some bread and got some sourdough, which is fantastic! Warm and friendly vibe, will be back soon for breakfast!
If I had to nitpick, the NY bagel seemed slightly under baked or gluten underdeveloped (compress it and the crumb doesn't spring back to). Their roasted tomato toast is salty and full of tomato flavor, you MUST try the Jerusalem Bagel (subtle honey sweet), the sabich is full of seasoned potatoes and perfect pickles. The latke was super well seasoned!
Update about a month later: I got the pane francese loaf today and it is THE loaf for sandwiches... it's like a ciabatta but chewy and tangy from the sourdough. I made an absolutely life changing sandwich with it.
