The Pork belly tacos were SO good!!!! The combination of the fall apart smoky meaty pork belly, queso, and pico de gallo in a tortilla were so over the top with flavor that I went back and got more the next weekend! Seriously close to being better than sex! Lol! Just kidding. But really everything at Revival is like this! Incredibly delicious! I've eaten at the Keg and Case location over 10 times, and the only little consistent issues I've witnessed are the not so friendly people making the food. I can't imagine how this group could be so grumpy all the time!? I get it, you're super slammed a lot... but you're working with some of the best food on the planet! That's reason enough to have a smile on your face! Please Lighten up people! It would make the experience 5 star.

Revival Smoked Meats is far and away the best barbecue option in the twin cities. And I'm not just saying that because there are so many terrible barbecue places in the twin cities. Even in a more competitive landscape, Revival would stand out. I've had the brisket, pork shoulder, pork belly (ala carte and in a taco), and pastrami. All excellent. Never once has my meat been overcooked or dried out, as I've seen in many other places around here sadly. Special mention for the pork belly tacos -- some of the tastiest non-Mexican tacos I've had in my life. Before the pandemic, when you could eat inside, it was fun to also order drinks from the bar. Some nice cocktails and good beer taps. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 situation has made it difficult to eat here. Barbecue does not travel well for takeout -- that's just a fact of life. But my wife and I still come here and eat in our car outside. Worth the trouble.

We ordered the Bar-B-Que chicken, 1/2 rack ribs, 2 pork sandwiches, 2 orders of greens and 1 red bean and rice. Everything was delicious, but the red beans and rice. As much as they charge for a tiny cup of a side, I was expecting the flavor to be outstanding. The red beans and rice were the most boring thing ever. There was no flavor and the rice was sticky and hard...so old. I'm used to Caribbean and Louisiana red beans and rice. If you are too, stay away from theirs. The location was hard to find for me. On Yelp there is no indication this is located inside a brewery. I drove past it several times. On their site and Google it says it's located inside though. So, this was an error on me and shouldn't have relied on Yelp.Other than the location being hard to find, as well as parking, being incredibly expensive (81.00 for 2 pieces of meat, 2 tiny sandwiches and 3 tiny sides) and the embarrassing red beans and rice, we'd go again. The meat was well seasoned, cooked well and the greens were flavorful.

The last time I went I ordered a bbq jackfruit sandwich, they said it’d be a minute because they had to ‘heat it up’ but I honestly think they were trying to scrape the last jackfruit bits they had, because I only got about 3 tablespoons worth of jackfruit on my sandwich. Then after the whole shutting down their Minneapolis location, due to having employees work while Covid positive, then saying they were going to close for two weeks for “renovations”. They then blocked everyone on Instagram who pointed that out. I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Pretty amazing find! I had the chili cheese burrito which was pretty awesome! The pork shoulder they used in it was amazing tasting. Also got to try the red beans and rice and banana pudding. Red beans was definitely worth it. The pudding had chunks of banana in it, but the pudding was a little thinner then I prefer. Prices are a bit on the higher side but given the location I can see why. Overall worth the stop!

Prices depicted are inaccurate, at least at Keg & Case location. "Extra meat" pastrami was about half the pastrami you'd get on the east coast for double the cost, and the amount of peppercorn was overbearing. I think these new restaurants know the Twin Cities need to take a step back with pricing. I was actually a little insulted to pay over $30 for a sandwich, tea, and a side. This place is tasty, but nothing special. Side note: In Bloom, also at Keg & Case, was the most overrated meal I've had in 2+ years. Salty as can be with every dish. On a serious note.... is the rent at Keg & Case so high that we're charging this much for food? Can I get a response? Do people actually spend this much money on food? Truly isn't anything special, and as someone who generally doesnt blink at pricing, I cant imagine residents in the West 7th neighborhood enjoy seeing a cool idea (Keg & Case) becoming a cash grab. Should never pay more than $20 for a sandwich, drink, and side.

Revival- amazing!!!!! I knew I loved the pork shoulder sandwich and never thought anything could top it, but the brisket is just as delicious!!! The sides of mashed potatoes and cheesy grits were both just heavenly! And the corn bread was the perfect sweet treat! All so delicious! Not cheap though at all! 44 bucks total for 2 sandwiches and 3 sides! I guess you 'pay' for delicious food! Couldn't afford it all the time, but a nice treat every once in a while for sure! Well done Revival!

It's a good place to grab Revival style food for a quick bite and or sandwiches, especially when I live near by; the food is always amazing.

Friendly service took time to explain meats and sides. Great food, was soooo good.

I really loved everything about the food (I’ve been to the Minneapolis location, so was expected). The only recommendation I have is to make larger cornbread. It’s the cheapest thing you make, make it worth the price please.

Love eating here when I come to the city. My absolute favorite. Great food, great service!

Poor service, came in and tried to order food but the guy at the counter wouldn’t acknowledge my requests. I totally understand closing shop over an hour early on a slow night, but his customer service was poor. Could have been nice and explained why instead of ignoring my questions.

Great food stop at the Keg & Case market. Nice selection meats, excellent flavor, and good sauce. Great spot for meat lovers with friends who are less enthusiastic as there are many other options within Keg & Case.
