I absolutely love Rico’s Ice Cream Parlour. Conveniently located in downtown Saint Paul, I’m able to treat myself Multiple times a day. I start my days with a quick, simple and delicious breakfast (The breakfast croissant being my favorite) and double back later in the day for ice cream.Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, conveniently located, black owned, great product and I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.10/10 I recommend.

This is a hidden gem in the Skyways of Downtown Saint Paul. Probably the best marinated steak tacos in Downtown, forget your typical taco truck...you can get a scoop of ice cream too! Reasonably priced as well, and great customer service. I will be back, SOON!

A fantastic place for breakfast and creative ice cream creations. The ice cream and waffles was delicious and includes two scoops of your choice of ice cream on top. I also ordered breakfast tacos. Steak, egg, and cheese tacos with hot sauce. The tacos were tasty and the hot sauce added a nice kick to them. The breakfast burrito is outstanding as well! I even took a pint of cookie dough ice cream home too.The breakfast selections are all top quality. The creativity and customization options for the ice cream make Rico’s an exciting place to visit!
