Y'all brew the best coffee in the neighborhood, and have the friendliest baristas! Seems like everyone has a passion for coffee and it is felt by those who stop in. Thanks for the good vibes!

I went here with a friend last week for a coffee date. I LOVE Roots roasting! They change their specials every now and then and today I had a Cozy Chai with Oatmilk. It was super yummy! The coffee shop has 5 or 6 tables and a small bar to sit at so there is room to visit and it is worth the wait! Love this place!!

Isn’t my favorite coffee, but the space is nice and some fantastic looking pastries.

The best consistently high quality coffee in the area. We have been several times and have found the quality of the espresso to be good each time. While it isn’t the coziest coffee shop to hang out in, the coffee makes it worth it!

Stopped into Roots this afternoon and tried their cappuccino and green tea. Both were quite nice with the cappuccino being delightful. We tried a croissant as well and while it was a bit denser than I’m used to, it was still quite tasty and went well with both drinks. The store itself is a bit small but clean and well lit. Will definitely go back whenever possible.

I can’t say much about the actual location, but we just had a bag of their Espresso beans happily land in our mailbox yesterday. I put it through my Breville and crafted a fantastic mocha for at-home enjoyment! I’ve put many a’bean to the test - this one is a new favorite; clean, smooth, flavorful and fresh! Having access to local city bean while residing in Ellsworth, WI on fifteen acres is the best way to wake up in the morning! Oh how I miss urban living and decent brew :)

Roots is my go-to coffee shop in St. Paul! The baristas are always the friendliest people and the coffee and tea is great. I also love that they have pastries in the mornings!

Visiting from out of town and when we got here we were happy to find plenty of free street parking. The drinks are excellent and they have kouign-amann which are one of my favorite pastries!

The chai latte here is simply wonderful. It is not too sweet for my taste (unlike many others), allowing all the unique flavors of their house chai blend to really shine.
