This is a small, hospitable, neighborhood restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was good. I plan to return.

Absolutely terrible service. I didn't get my appetizer until after my entree came. I had to wait 25 minutes for my lemonade. They didn't get my burger right. The cashier didn't even know how to refund my money back to me. Overall terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anybody go there. I am upset because I spent 2 hours of my time there and didn't have a good experience at all.

Hadn’t tried this place before so I walked over. I had a great double burger. I felt it was reasonably priced and on point. The folks working there were hospitable and generous. I’ll be back!

I got delivery from here and ordered the veggie burger, cheese curds, and sweet potato fries.
The burger was honestly way better than expected given some other reviews I’ve seen.
My only real complaint was that, in the grubhub app, there were no lists of ingredients for each menu item, or any information on what each item came with. My burger appears to have come with fries and I didn’t even know. I’m hoping their ingredients and options are listed better when you physically go in.
Definitely looking forward to eating here again!

Complete scam. The pictures on their website and social media posts are all AI generated, so naturally their actual sandwiches look nothing like the photos. Cheap lousy frozen ingredients, cutting corners everywhere and the audacity to charge $15 for it. I didn't get a photo but look at some of the other photos people have posted for examples of the ACTUAL product, not the AI garbage they post. Avoid at all costs.

I'm at a loss of words for how amazing and delicious this place is. If your looking for Halal food, this is the best place and a must try!
The waiter (Sai) and the chef (Muhammad) are amazing, staff was extremely friendly and generous.
The food portions are super generous.
This place has me hooked and I'll be visiting again for sure!

My son has always loved the cheesy burger with halal bacon, it’s his absolute favorite (also the Mango Lassi). But today, I must say, it was exceptionally good. I had to charge him ‘tax’ and take a few bites for myself! The patty was perfectly juicy, we obviously love the sauce, and of course, the bacon. We all agree that the fries here are superb. Hats off to the team!

I don't know what others are complaining about 🤷🏾 I got the Gyro sandwich and fries, my friend got the falafel. They were both delicious, also great selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Also, the owner had really wonderful energy. Thank you!!!

We ordered burgers for take out on Xmas, excited to try the “other side” of Zait & Za'atar, which we have loved. Unfortunately it didn’t hold up.
Our order took twice as long to receive than promised. The classic burgers were dry, overcooked and about half the size of the bun. The gyro burger was the same, but just had a few strips of gyro meat added. The lamb burger was tasty, and the only saving grace. Hardly “gourmet burgers” as the description implies.
Stick to the Zait & Za'atar menu—there are much better burger joints in the area.

like most others have said, the pictures were very misleading. they looked nothing like what i received. everything lacked flavor, and the burger fell apart in my hands. the woman running the register also had an airpod in, which was annoying.

Burger and fried way overseasoned. Seasoning was crunching while I chewed.
Tomato cut abnormally thick and while not ripe yet
This meal cost me almost 30 dollars and even my shake was fully melted liquid

Could use some improvement. I appreciate them offering halal meat but the burgers just were not good.

First, it's not even burger joint. It's a Mediterranean restaurant masked as a burger place. I got the Saint Jucy Lucy and it was absolutely terrible!!!! It looked nothing like the picture and tasted like a cow patty from behind. The service was slow and the atmosphere ok. The lemonade was fabulous and to their credit they did offer ne a full refund. Moral of the story, don't to go to a restaurant that doesn't specialize in the food they're advertising.

Worst restaurant dining I’ve ever had. Gross burger is better name. Put butter on cardboard it would be better.
