My wife and I were visiting from Ontario Canada, and with every bubble tea store being so unique and different, it was hard for us to figure out what we wanted, being so used to our local one back home. However, this location did not disappoint! :-) The gentleman that served us was VERY kind and understanding and made us feel quite comfortable. The drinks we got, though different than what we were used to back home, were very well made. My wife kept commenting on how she liked the layout and atmosphere of the store. All in all, a great experience! Thanks for all you did to help make us feel welcome in Minnesota! :-D

Omg this place is amazing! Such a great find!! They have so many yummy flavors to choose from and their prices are perfect!! The staff is kind and helpful! My son and I had smoothies and they were so good, not to mention you really get your money's worth!! The vibe is chill my only suggestion would be to change the smell in there. I'm not sure if they had a candle burning or what the overwhelming fragrance was but I was excited to get out of the shop!! Definitely couldn't stay and enjoy my drink there with the fragrance. Everything else was fabulous!! 10/10, highly recommend!! We will make special trips to St Paul just for them!! Thank you!!

The music is very chill and always following a trend so that people can recognize most of the songs. There are real plants and the environment is very relaxed. The servers are all very sweet and helpful. The drinks are just my style, so if you're looking for Boba but you're not a big fan of classic tea (if you prefer milkier or sweeter drinks) this place is for you. We get the brown sugar milk cap with tapioca every time and the Kaisa has memorized our order and guesses it every time we come. Highly recommend.Parking: The parking is behind the building, there aren't a ton of spots but the lot isn't used frequently. The lot is owned by simplicitea and the parking is free.

Expect somewhat long waits when they're understaffed. Delicious teas, though. Big fan of the raspberry chai.

I’ve been to this place before and loved it but recently I went with my friend and we ordered drinks they were both lukewarm with no ice in it and the bubbles were cold and hard.I went again and got the Thai tea slush. The pearls were warm and chewy but the tea was very bland and tasted gross. They gave me a free size upgrade but a medium with boba was 9$?!?! It was overpriced for mediocre boba.Vegetarian options: Mostly everything is vegetarianDietary restrictions: There is lots of options and substitutes you can get.Parking: Lots of room. Hard to get into lot.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly lots of kids and teens go here.

I recently moved to the area and desperately needed to find a place to get boba. Luckily, I work just a few blocks west of Simplicitea, and gave it a try and was not disappointed at all. LOVED the mangonada and will be trying other teas and smoothies!! So happy I found this spot.

Place has gone down in terms of customer service and quality. Other boba places in the area with speedier service and kinder workers

Food: no food/snacks Service: 10/10 Ambiance: Amazing Pros: -They have an extensive option of drinks. -Seating is good. Mixtures of wooden and plastic netted seatings (comfortable for long hours seating) -College students are able to study here! It's very calm and comfy. I love the study ambiance it has! -Drinks are affordable; $6 average drinks. -Back and front parking! -IF HAS CHARGING PLUGS!!! -Wifi is available. Cons: -No food.

Chill little tea place right near Macalester! Def worth visiting if you need a chill place to study or if you want yummy drink near the area! I haven't had much on the menu but my staple is the brown sugar tea with the milk cap. I love it compared to any other boba shops. I'm literally addicted to it. It's the perfect amount of sweetness! :) The place is super cute. It's usually pretty quiet and empty when I come in but sometimes it can get pretty packed! Not sure what's going on with the other reviews but the service is always great for me. The younger baristas are sweet and the older barista which I'm assuming could be manager or owner is super kind.

A quiet established tea/coffee shop with near minimalist interior. The modern plant filled shop is warm and cozy with counters along the large windows. There are tables and the atmosphere filled with New Age type music. The chalk written menu board is loaded with more tea choices than I've seen elsewhere, so this place is highly specialized in milky tea drinks. I, however like coffee and ordered an Americano from the brief coffee choices. Served at proper temp the brew was on the bland side. Still drinkable just not up to my memory imprint of other places where I sip and say, "wow"! If you are a tea aficionado this is your place. If you like a quiet place to contemplate your life's ebb and flow this is your place.

Some of the highest quality boba I’ve tasted. The texture is perfect every time. I love the classic oolong milk tea. Great atmosphere inside too! Very cute, lots of attention to detail.
