We were looking for exceptional food for my 40th birthday party. I was able to try the brisket and pork belly and fell in love. It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend both meats for any event, especially a gathering. Thanks again! Can’t wait to buy again!

Get here before it blows up!!!! Quality of the meat and sides was amazing. The brisket fell apart like butter and had a perfect smokiness to it. Ribs were delicious. The crust it had mixed with a dip of their bbq sauce was it. Plus they have authentic sticky rice and egg rolls too! And to top it all off its priced EXTREMELY reasonably! Go now before they start raising prices lol.

It’s hard to review the atmosphere of the location being it is a food truck and it’s out in the open. The pepper sauce which is .50 extra, for me wasn’t worth it. Granted it’s only .50 but for me it didn’t help the food nor did it “jump” out at me as if something I really needed. The sauce is on the spicier side. The sauce if I could describe it is similar to what you’d get at Hmong Village; Thai peppers chopped up with fish sauce a hint of lime mixed with water. I ordered my brisket and 1lb of beef “short” ribs as is. No sticky rice or anything. They both are well seasoned and little on the saltier side but it’s good. The meat fell off the bone and the brisket was good as well. I’d go again. The ribs I will say is worth it. Got a good amount of meat and the seasoning on it is really good when bite into.
Parking: There is a parking lot type available behind/side of the food trucks. As well as street parking.
