Got a 1/2 lb of brisket, a full pound of the burnt ends and the brisket fries. Both the brisket and pork belly were tender. The pork belly burnt ends were my favorite! Next time I’ll definitely have to get the pepper sauce with.

Smoke Session BBQ has delicious food. I ordered the brisket and it was very juicy, fell apart right in my hand ? They offer sides such as sticky rice, macaroni, eggrolls... all priced fair.If you give them a "like" on Facebook you can get updates on where they will be and when. That's where you can get updates on offers like a 2 for $20 on their food.Very nice staff. This truck is definitely in my rotation of take out.

This place has become a hit or missed. I believe that now they are becoming more popular their food quality is going down which sucks since I’ve had some great food here in the past. Sadly, today once again my meat was over cooked, dry and hard. The Ribs were on the skinny side today and the little meat on them was hard and dried out like jerky. The brisket was also a little dry and lackluster today. I will be giving them a break for a while until their food quality improves. I really hope they go back to caring about the food they put out so they continue to have a successful business.

We ordered 2 for $20 plus a rack of ribs. We chose egg rolls and brisket. The brisket was so delicious, melt in your mouth. Loved the egg rolls and the ribs too! We will be back soon. Didn't take pictures.

It was my first time here and I made a 35 minute drive to this food truck, as I heard many great reviews. And the reviews are right....the brisket, pork belly, and loaded fries were amazing. Brisket (My favorite) was super tender, easy to chew, great smokey flavor and melts away. The pork belly was soft and super tender. The loaded fries were great, such a great combo of briskets, along with mac/cheese and fries, it was amazing! The pork ribs were pretty good, but I think the Brisket stole the show! I haven't had any great Brisket like this in a while.I thought every dish came with a small side of hmong pepper, but I forgot to ask and check. If you're into spiciy foods, ask for a side of hmong pepper, which I think would've made this meal even better. Overall, the food truck was great and lives up to the hype! I will be back for more soon!

I ordered a rack of pork ribs and a large side of potato salad. The ribs were tender and almost fall off the bone but not quite. They have a great flavor. First note I tasted was pepper. They had bbq sauce and cups if you wanted to take some. Not sure if it was homemade sauce or store bought but it was a tasty sweet and smoky sauce that I wish I got more of. The potato salad is what I'd call a classic mustard base type. Very delicious and tastes like what you'd expect. I only wish they added hard boiled eggs to it to really level up the flavor and texture in the potato salad! Oh i also got smoked chicken wings and choose the bbq flavor for them snd they were also delicious. Very big wings with a nice smoked flavor. Kinda wish the skin crisper but that was likely the result of adding sauce and sitting in the container before I ate them. I would recommend this place most definitely.

Great price, tastes great, brisket is bomb. I’ve been here over 10 times. But today I got raw Bbq Chicken wings all 5 of them. It was pink and gooey and you can see blood in the center so I threw it away. waste of the $2 special wings which I specifically came there for after seeing the Facebook post. I also ordered a whole rack of ribs for $20 when I got home it was a freaking half rack and yes I fully paid the $20. I live 30 minutes away so no time to come back. I won’t be buying from here again 2 incident in 1 order is enough. You guys owe me a half rack of ribs and 5 fully cooked bbq chicken wings.
