Made fresh while you wait in 5 minutes. A little pricy, but better than regular donuts.

So amazing. I love the strawberry one/raspberry one with freeze dried berries on top.

Pistachio is amazing too.

They are definitely better fresh!!!!

Delicious fresh donuts with lots of fun flavors! This is just a counter within the grocery store, and you order at the kiosk, and about 10 minutes later someone brings out your donuts. If you have questions or need more help, there's a bell you can ring and someone will come out, but mostly you're on your own! The last time I ordered these you could tell the fryer oil hadn't been changed in awhile - you could smell that "old grease smell" and it was pretty off-putting. I hope they clean their fryer soon and switch out the oil!

for those who are unaware, soga is located inside the dragon star grocery store. the ordering process is self service since you order on a kiosk, pay, and proceed to wait for your warm mochi donuts. since soga is located inside a grocery store, you can walk around the nearby aisles and find a variety of snacks nearby during your 5-10 min wait time. it’s tricky to find quality mochi donuts in mn but this place does it the best in comparison to other brands i’ve tried at events here. there’s a wide variety of different flavors to pick from that cater to both more traditional asian flavors such as matcha and taro while including others that add an american spin such as oreo or fruity pebbles.

Delicious food, very tasty and freshly hot when I ordered it. It was weird that nobody was around to answer questions, it was just a kiosk and then someone came out to deliver the order. It was a little pricey, but very soft and delicious. I’d order again!

Best mochi donuts ever bc they always serve it hot. Other mochi donuts don't do this. The service is a bit impersonal since you order from a kiosk. The music is also enough to cause annoyance.

been here multiple times and decided I should finally give a review. This place is phenomenal. You can order a dozen and get it in less than 10 minutes, fresh and just made! Not many other mochi donut shops make it fresh to order which is what sets Soga Mochi apart from the rest. I’m literally obsessed and go once a week. it’s so so good! Especially when it’s warm. I highly recommend the sugar glazed!

It's inside the Asian grocery, straight back from the entrance. There is a touchscreen kiosk for placing orders, otherwise you can ring a bell for assistance and someone will come from the back. I ordered a 6pc box and had to wait quite a while (about 12 mins) because apparently everything is made to order. I suppose that's good, because you are guaranteed only the freshest, still warm donuts. There is a TV showing videos of the donuts with the most annoying Japanese children's song playing on a loop. It got old after 12 minutes.

Overrated it just tasted like Hmong rice sesame ball coated with flavored sugar but smaller and more expensive.
