Don’t come here if you don’t want to be in the drive thru for 45 min. Customer service is no existent the majority of the time at this location. Prices are high for the food you get, I really only come for the pickle fries otherwise I’d never come.

Personally I think this place is absolutely disgusting, as A dasher, I wish I could black list this place to never receive offers. Just close the doors and never open them again. Cheese burgers pattys where over cooked plus no bacon on the bacon burger chicken tenders over cooked but I rather have over cooked then under cooked chicken chili cheese dog was ok night crew is just not it. Definitely not worth the 20 minute drive, atleast the strawberry shake with oreo added in plus brownie shake was good ig, 99% chance I never come back

Just tried to redeem the buy one get one offer from Facebook for this sonic location and we drove down there only to be told they won't honor it. Wouldn't even look at the code I had on my phone and were extremely rude. Save yourself the time and skip this place. Worst service.

2 Critics came to this Sonic today.
We love the Cherry Limeade. However today we paid the 9$ for 2 and it tasted like Alka-Seltzer which means syrup is out or we didnt get any. We went back to let them know after 1 sip.
The lady in the drive through was arguing with us. She did remake them after making comments like “Are you sure” and “We charge for extra syrup” we didnt want extra syrup we wanted regular syrup. I even told her you can try our drinks and she said she wouldnt.
We were not trying to get a free second drink. We were even trying to give her back the 2 drinks that were bad. She wouldnt so we dumped the 2 bad drinks out to show we were not trying to get free drinks.

My recent visit to Sonic was quite disappointing. I ordered a combo for $10.99, but my pop arrived without any ice, which I didn’t realize I needed to specifically ask for. When we got home, I found out that we were given a $6.19 hamburger instead of the $1.99 deal I thought I was ordering, and I was charged for it as well. To make matters worse, the restroom was locked, so I couldn’t wash my hands after our meal. The sandwich itself was subpar; I could have easily made a better one at home. Overall, the quality of the food was unacceptable. This experience has left me feeling disappointed. This is not the Sonic I remember enjoying when I was younger.

The reason I put a two for atmospheres because I was in the Drive-Thru and it could have been a little cleaner... But I pulled up service was really nice but was not listening to me I asked for a small slushie and got charged for a large and when I said I asked for a small was met with a very condescending are you short and then when I got my food which I only ordered popcorn chicken pretzels and the slushie the chicken with fried hard like it just got put back into the fryer and the pretzels or cold and stiff and the fries were cold as well just wanted to let you know that that's not fast food and just because it's fast food doesn't mean it shouldn't come with good quality to it

i came from a few hours away just to try a drink, and it took close to 10 minutes or more just to get a drink, with no ice. (i wanted ice). i also ordered a doctor pepper with added ingredients. all i got was the doctor pepper, no add- ins. Also very rude service! never going back!
