“A little extra time at the airport over dinner allowed me to seek out an independent owned restaurant. First bite in and I’m hooked. The Tennessee heat chicken sandwich was a perfect heat, crunchy and juicy. The buttery bun complimented the flavor. The menu is easy to select from with straight forward options. The atmosphere is a chill artsy vibe. I learned there is another restaurant in the metro outside of the airport that I’ll have to try when I get home.“
