Great drip, espresso sodas, and lattes. I ordered 8 drinks as their second customer for the morning and they were very friendly. Everyone I bought drinks for loved them. I was disappointed that I could not stay longer and do some reading/ working since the space was so nice. I will be back next time I am in MSP.
Coffee always slaps but the service isn’t great. I do order here a good amount of times as its walking distance from my house. I do really recommend the coffee/drinks here but don’t expect the service to be good.
The Spyhouse has been good to me over the years and a long time essential Twin Cities spot. I've been many times to all locations and nearly 2 decades ago when I 1st started loving cafes as a lifestyle the Nicolette spot was a thrice+ weekly venue for me (man I miss those late nights when the doors were still open until way after dark and then we'd head down to Caffetto for super late coffee or over to the Bedlam theater).
