Grabbed a coffee on Monday, they gave me the wrong coffee. I called in to get a reorder, they told me to come in and they would remake it. I told him I’d come in on Wednesday. He took my name.
I came back Wednesday at 9am to be told I couldn’t get my reorder without my coffee cup.,. Sidney was so unapologetic and so dismissive. I am not happy with this Starbucks service. Sidney was so rude to me. Why take my name, why waste my time coming back to Apple Valley for my coffee that they messed up.
8 dollars for a coffee that I didn’t drink! 8 dollars and she couldn’t remake the order I wanted, after being told to swing in. I am dissatisfied with Sidney.

This place definitely a Snyder cut. Sooooo much slooooow motion from every performer. 2nd in line and 20 minutes to get a cold brew. And I'm guessing this is a recipe, but the pumpkin cold brew seems to be lacking the pumpkin part.

I mobile order here and they forget things printed on the ticket every. single. time. It’s really frustrating to pay $6/$7 for a coffee and not have it made right when it’s all written on the mobile order ticket on the cup in front of them. It’s hard to believe it’s every time but it is. Stopping going to this one and going to Rosemount instead.

Slow, and they don't give u your change back. You have to ask for it, and then they roll their eyes and start digging through the tip jar for ur change back. I will tip when I get good service. Not forced.

Had 2 incidence with my order, and I've gone to that location 4 times. They couldn't get our order right, plus they don't even care to get it corrected. The girls are rude and condescending. Terrible service and terrible customer skills. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this location, it lost what makes starbucks a great service to go to. Location: 15560 Pilot Knob Rd, Apple Valley

This Starbucks is extremely slow. The line in the drive thru was super long. I watched the clock and they were averaging 4 minutes a car, which is absolutely unacceptable in my mind as someone who used to be a barista. The barista was very monotone. Drinks were fine.
