This Starbucks is extremely slow. The line in the drive thru was super long. I watched the clock and they were averaging 4 minutes a car, which is absolutely unacceptable in my mind as someone who used to be a barista. The barista was very monotone. Drinks were fine.
I’m giving four stars because you seriously have two different experiences!! The morning crew is amazing.! Especially if you have either McKenna, Kevin or katarina working.! These 3 have never disappointed me and they are seriously very efficient baristas... now I’ve gone to this same location after 3pm and it’s a complete disaster. I’ve had one employee literally ignore me for what felt like 5 minutes ... no lines.. and no customers before me.. still don’t know her...
