I went to do some last minute shopping and stopped by to get some Starbucks Tuesday morning. They were pretty busy and I waited about 8 minutes in line, but they were pretty quick and kept a positive attitude throughout. I could tell they had a lot of online orders as they were running around back and forth but still provided excellent service. The two wonderful ladies, taller brunette and the shorter red head, in the morning were the sweetest. I had a warm greeting at the register and had my caramel brûlée latte made perfectly with a kindly and generous send off. They had no complains and did perfectly by how hard they worked together!! Unfortunately, I overheard some customers around me weren’t as joyful as they were rushed but why wait in a line if you are rushed? I thought those two ladies worked perfectly together through the long line of customers.

Rude young Asian girl stepped away from counter after taking the two white mens order before mine. She stated she would be right back with me and proceeded to make online orders. She even told her co worker that the drive up drink was 7 miles away. She then went to the back room and now I’m waiting approx 5 mins. The older white lady then took my order, she was very sweet. The Asian girl returned with a handheld broom and dust pan to sweep the machine behind the register. A target employee walks up and she immediately greets them and called her by name. I finish placing my order but somehow that rude employee completed the target employees order along with an online order before my açaí was ready. I was so uncomfortable and didn’t feel welcomed so I didn’t bother to even shop in the store as a minority.

Id give them a 0 but I cant. Waited in line for 5 minutes. 3 other people in line in front of me. The girl finished the drink she was making, took off her apron, made herself a drink and left with 4 more people standing in line. She didnt communicate that they were closing or anything. Just left. Great customer service! I guess Ill be going to Caribou coffe from now on

It would be really helpful if they stopped shutting down any of their equipment 20 minutes BEFORE they're supposed to close. Kind of a bummer. Just keep in mind.

My younger sister ordered first, and she ordered the mango dragonfruit with lemonade, but it came out as just a lemonade. Not only that, she had brought a personal cup, which they didn’t take, she poured it in after she got it, but they charged $3.00 for it, when they didn’t even take the cup. So in total, they charged her almost $10 for just a lemonade. I ordered a white mocha in my personal cup, which came out how I wanted it, but they still charged $3.00. Also, we had the 50% off coupon on our apps which we had told them to use, and they didn’t. We were left confused and frustrated. The drinks were still good, but the service was not the greatest. Thank you.

Waited for 15 minutes for a caramel ribbon frappe that 3 staff apparently did not know how to make. They screwed it up twice. There should be a manager on site working with the staff to decrease wait time and to ensure staff knows how to make drinks. I ended up just throwing it away since she didn’t know how to make it.

The drinks were great, but drinks were made in a super random order. They made both of my drinks before finishing the orders for the people who ordered before me in line. There were only two employees there at the time, so I was fine with the wait, but I didn't feel like they were being very efficient with their order of operations.
