I love this Starbucks and I go out of my way to drive to this one because the workers are very friendly. One worker in particular, Kasara is amazing and she writes funny things on my drinks.

I stop at this location occasionally on my way to work. The coffee and food are fine, but the service is consistently unwelcoming. When ordering, it often feels rushed, and the drive-thru employee seems irritated, as if customers are an inconvenience. For example, when a cold foam flavor wasn’t available, it was stated with attitude rather than offered with an alternative. I initially assumed it was a bad morning, but it’s been the same experience every time she’s working. Better customer service would make a big difference. (It was the blonde girl in the drive thru)

Every time I’ve gone through the drive-through at this Starbucks, there has been a blonde employee who consistently comes across as rude. She’s very short, unhelpful, and often cuts me off while I’m ordering. Instead of politely letting me know when something is unavailable and offering alternatives, she’ll tell me what I’m getting instead. On multiple occasions, she hasn’t even allowed me to finish my order and seems rushed and dismissive.

I initially assumed she was just having an off day, but after repeated visits with the same experience, it became clear this is a pattern. This Starbucks used to be part of my morning routine something I genuinely looked forward to but the negative interactions have caused me to stop coming altogether.

Lots of small talk about gossip w workers there. Can't expect tip when wait time is usually longer than expected most of the time.

Absolutely RUDE service you all make so much $$ off customers, don’t sass back to them when they ask where their drink is in a dead store after almost 10 minutes waiting, but yet you had to correct the customer.

My order has been messed up twice in a row. And it was by the same guy, tall, white brunette with stud earings. Hes very young still in highschool. Whenever I pull up to the window his voice is so quiet and hes not professional at all with no greetings or anything just a quiet voice. He messed up my order two different times. Dont hire people who dont know how to do their job.

Sammy is a great guy, excellent service.

Everything that I ordered was all wrong. What was on the labels on the drink was what I ordered but the drink was wrong. I ordered 2 iced chai teas, I got 2 iced coffees. I spent 21.00 to get my whole order wrong.

Everything went so smoothly. They handled it all efficiently.

This is the Starbucks right by my house and I come here often for a very specific drink that is sometimes a little tricky and I politely and kindly asked the woman to be sure it’s made how I like. Truthfully, I am somewhat of a self reported coffee “snob” but never snobby to the people working because I too work in food service. She responds to me “I can tell them…” with some attitude clearly trying to tell me not to count on my order being made properly.

I drive up to check out after ordering and I’ve never felt so much like high school all over again. Some blonde girl with too much lip filler drops down my coffee while whispering in the girls ear while she laughs. Hello? I’m not stupid? I know you’re talking shit. I’m just a girl trying to make it through her day treating herself to something nice to turn the mood around and instead I was so embarrassed. I won’t be coming back.

Love me some Starbucks! This location is fast. Place my order on their app and rarely wait long unless there are big orders in front of me. They don't make my beverages until I'm in the drive thru and I'm grateful for it. Nothing sucks more than watered down drinks. 5 stars at this location!
