Gave order for drink, asked for cost, no response. When I went to pay I mentioned this, the reply I got was: we are busy. I answered that if I got my question answered I would have had my cash ready so no waiting. He tried again to justify why I didn’t get a reply. I told him that I normally do not go Starbucks and this is one of the reasons. Customer service is not their strong point.
I was doing a favor for someone.

If you're not going to make it right, just don't make it. Better yet, just find another job. This worker was named Luna. I brought it back in and asked what was wrong with my drink... she asked if I wanted to add more whipcream and didnt even offer to make me a new one. I had already tipped them at the drive-thru... First time here.. also the last.

I never really share my experience at places because I know how critical these reviews can be for a business. I’m current sitting in the parking lot writing this. I came into pick up my mobile order at 8:12AM and my order didn’t look right so I simply asked them to re -make it. I pay $10 for a shaken espresso almost every morning, I expect it to look right. After huffing and puffing the Barista she finally re -made it but used my same cup which there was coffee all over the outside and the drink isn’t even full. I get it the store is busy in the AM but I wouldn’t accept this kind of service at my place of business.

Ordered in the store and waited over 40 minutes before asking about my order and was told it would be another 20 minutes because they were prioritizing drive through and mobile orders. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund and was told they can’t do that in store and I had to call.

Terrible service. Had to wait over 35 minutes before I went to ask about my order and they said it was still going to be another 20 minutes because they were prioritizing the drive through and mobile orders. I get being busy but to make your in store customers wait because you are focusing on drive through orders is ridiculous. When we asked about it we were met with a rude worker who told us we had to call to get a refund.
