Didn’t realize drive thru and online orders take president over someone actually inside the store. Had 5 cars go thru drive thru before even getting my order taken. After a 15 minute total wait my order wasn’t even correct.

Gave order for drink, asked for cost, no response. When I went to pay I mentioned this, the reply I got was: we are busy. I answered that if I got my question answered I would have had my cash ready so no waiting. He tried again to justify why I didn’t get a reply. I told him that I normally do not go Starbucks and this is one of the reasons. Customer service is not their strong point. I was doing a favor for someone.
