The drinks which are made here were so bad. I tried the same one from many, many other Starbucks stores and it’s good. It does not have any change in the tastes of the drinks. First time tried here, bad impression. Unwelcome attitude. The drink feels less sugar than its standard (it seems like they do not follow the recipe). I usually do the standard and it’s perfect. Overall, disappointed about the customer service and the drink.

The customer service was great. They gave us our iced matcha in a paper cup because they said that was an environmentally friendly option. The matcha tasted gross in a paper cup. My daughter threw the venti drink in the trash after taking a few sips. She also felt nauseous afterward. Bring the plastic cups back.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. They are always cheerful and engaging and efficient in the drive-through. But if you Are lucky enough to get Grace on the mic in the morning, her cherry disposition will start you off on your way to a fantastic day

The employees here are very sweet, but this is the third time my coffee was made with dairy milk instead of a plant based substitute. I feel extraordinarily ill. I have the same order each and every time, and have not had this issue at other locations. Moving a little slower, and taking a little more care with the drinks that you make would be very appreciated.
