I used to love this place. I don’t know what has changed but service and quality has changed. I dumped out my caramel macchiato several times because it was awful.

Left this location today and received poor service from the barista making my drink. After giving detailed instructions about my drink that was understood/captured incorrectly she proceeded to correct me about the sticker. She proceeded to pour out the drink to correct the amount in the cup which included the 4 blonde espressos I ordered. I told her to just remake the drink, because attempting to pour out the over served steamed oatmilk doesn't fix the problem but creates one: it's already mixed. She developed an attitude. She gave me a newly made drink to which she again got wrong and tried to correct me about the instructions. I corrected her back and told her I could just watch the amount she pours. Nope! But I got handed the correct drink. All of this is happening while the other barista is forcing conversation that clearly my one word responses to her questions didn't dead. All in all, one barista telling me I ordered wrong and the other not reading the room isn't interaction I signed up for to just get a simple 4 ingredient drink. All in all, don't pour a mixed drink out and then offer it as the drink ordered especially at $6. Just start over and don't berate the customer about their order when the cashier captured the order wrong.

My friend and I both ordered an iced shaken espresso. Why are they two different drinks??? Make it make sense??

We were on our way to work so we couldn’t go back. Won’t be going here again. This is the third time we have had an issue with this location messing up drinks.

I had starbucks from many other places I stop here on my way to work on Fridays and my coffee always tastes like its water downed, I don't think I will pay 5 bucks for water...

This Starbucks is fine but listen, these paper cups and lids smell like a wet dog. This isn’t anything new in the sense that my lids have smelled before but now it’s like cmon.. what’s the deallll 😭 they stiiiink.

The drinks which are made here were so bad. I tried the same one from many, many other Starbucks stores and it’s good. It does not have any change in the tastes of the drinks. First time tried here, bad impression. Unwelcome attitude. The drink feels less sugar than its standard (it seems like they do not follow the recipe). I usually do the standard and it’s perfect. Overall, disappointed about the customer service and the drink.
