Shitty corporation that blatantly greenwashes and doesn't support its workers. Starbucks is responsible for destruction of the Amazon rainforest as they continue to use Arabica coffee beans. Coffee beverages are overpriced and filled with chemicals. Pastries are corporate and bland. Strongly encourage customers to support their local coffee shop instead.

I go to this Starbucks because it's on my way to work, otherwise I would go to the one on Ford Parkway instead.When I order my drinks I request no foam. At the Ford location, my drink is made as I ordered it, without foam and it's filled to the top. At this location, *every single time* my beverage has up to an inch of foam, and there's at least an inch of space at the top. I care because I'm paying $7 freaking dollars for a drink. I've stopped bothering to ask for them to top it off because of the annoyed look I get (no, I'm not a Karen about it). I might just start going 10 mins out of my way to get my beverage made right.

I had a wonderful experience at this location because of a lovely barista named Sihan. I don’t visit starbucks often so I was confused about the menu, but she explained everything to me with patience and respect. I now have a new favorite drink thanks to her, chestnut praline. I will definitely be returning.

This morning I brought in my six and eight-year-old to buy a treat before school. The lady behind the counter whose name was Julie went out of her way to be rude to them. She rung up their drinks and set the cups just out of their reach and then walked away. And then when they were waiting at the end of the counter where she was warming up the pastries) Julie walked the pastries to the center of the counter where we clearly were not standing, and didn't even look at the children as she handed them their food. There was no reason to be this rude to kids. They were both well dressed and well behaved. Today is 9-11-23 and the time was around 7:15 if management wants to look at security footage.. there's no reason to be this rude to people.

I have yet to visit this Starbucks and get my order correct. Every time I order a hot drink, it comes out iced. Every. Single. Time. I’ve also placed orders with multiple drinks on them and at least one of them comes out wrong. The staff is always nice, and the store is always clean. I just wish my hot drink would be hot.

First impression: CLEAN! Difficult street to park on (Snelling) so I recommend going to the back lot. Once inside, everything is soothing. Large interior, squeaky clean, merchandise is very well organized and staff was welcoming. I didn't get any overwhelming energy which I have felt in the past with smaller Starbuck's. Certainly recommend stopping here and don't forget to use the back lot. Enjoy!

I love this Starbucks.As a person who still believes in Starbucks as a physical "Third Place", this is a wonderful venue. This Starbucks is a great place to get work done. The baristas are always friendly. There are plenty of accessible outlets. And, because there is no drive-through, those who want to use the interior space are treated as first-class citizens.

I ordered a tall Chai Tea Latte and on my way home I found a piece of hair in my drink. I was pretty sad and contacted customer support. They apologized and sent me a new gift card.
