It's overpriced and I can make the fresher at home. Taste better. I don't drink coffee. I'm a tea drinker and it cost way too much. I'd rather just buy my tea bags and make it at home

Excellent service and staff. Always very friendly and very fast on orders. Cleanly store.

However, these new Starbucks lids have to stop! Ordered an Americano and the steam from the coffee made the lid wet and soggy. I couldn’t even drink out of the lid because coffee kept spilling everywhere and it was too loose to fit on the cup. I get being eco-friendly but this is ridiculous when I can’t even drink my coffee. Obviously not this store’s fault but just wanted to mention.

The electrical wall outlet next to the fake fireplace has a broken prong that is jammed inside one of the earth sockets. That means only a single 3-pronged electrical device can be used in the outlet.
I've drawn the attention of the manager for maybe two months. He needs to get it fixed. No one is going to fly out from Seattle to do it for him!! I will change the total score to five stars afterwards :-)

UPDATE JULY 3, 2025: The person or AI that responded to my message is using the same text as for others here who are grumbling. Hey, man do you want some hot coffee poured into your circuit board? Real person please!

This is the second Starbucks location to do this. Do you guys just hate your jobs? l asked for light ice in my drink and they put extra ice... Why am I spending $7 for a cup of ice? I removed the ice and my cup is less than halfway full of the drink.. I feel robbed and it feels like they purposely do this when you ask for light ice. Extremely disappointed

The vibe since after DEI WITH THEIR LOCAL PRESIDENT HAD CHANGED THE GAME. RUDENESS EXUDED THE PORES OF THE NON DOMINATE RACE. I asked a question about my drink and some white girl with short hair but and bucked teeth was very rude. I just asked if my drink had 3 shots of Carmel in it, because I haven’t drank Starbucks about 4 months so why she was getting a nasty attitude she just smart mouthed herself out of a tip. Maybe next time she’ll think about how she days things. But I worry be back. Now will I begin back drinking Starbucks’s.
