The vibe since after DEI WITH THEIR LOCAL PRESIDENT HAD CHANGED THE GAME. RUDENESS EXUDED THE PORES OF THE NON DOMINATE RACE. I asked a question about my drink and some white girl with short hair but and bucked teeth was very rude. I just asked if my drink had 3 shots of Carmel in it, because I haven’t drank Starbucks about 4 months so why she was getting a nasty attitude she just smart mouthed herself out of a tip. Maybe next time she’ll think about how she days things. But I worry be back. Now will I begin back drinking Starbucks’s.

Venti decaf Mocha, no whip was my order. Got home, drink was barely 2-3rds full. This with 59 cents tip is a $7 beverage. Give me a break.

I have gone to this location for about 15 years and I go every day sometimes twice a day BECAUSE OF THE INCREDIBLE STAFF!!! They are all so professional and treat everyone with dignity and respect. CJ and Erin in particular are so kind and always have my drink ready when I mobile order. Even if I order at the register they have already begun to make my drink!

There are countless coffee shops I could go to in this neighborhood but I choose Starbucks because I feel at home there and my drink is consistent every time. Sure I could make my coffee at home in the morning but I don’t because the experience of going to my Starbucks is part of my routine. Without the incredible staff this would just be any Starbucks but it’s NOT. This Starbucks is special because of the team who works there. I have seen staff fluctuate over the years because I have gone here for 15 years. But I have not once had a negative experience at this Starbucks.

Thank you CJ and Erin and every member of this team for making my morning peaceful and warm. I also come here on my way home and it is a way for me to wrap up my day because of their positivity. A business cannot be successful without a strong team and gifted individuals who create an environment that people want to spend time in.

Cannot recommend this Starbucks enough!!

Friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Max took our order and gave my fiancè a hug and congratulated us after hearing about our upcoming wedding. She is extremely personable and a is a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Max!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but the staff was completely unfriendly with their service. I couldn't even hear or understand them with their masks that they had on for some reason. The overpriced coffee tasted like warm water and cardboard.

I used to like this place, my favorite go to Starbucks location in the Twin Cities, MN. Yet their afternoon shift staff are rude, entitled and disorganized. Rachel barista shift staff member who wasted time arguing with guests about the verbiage or semantics of an order was too busy arguing the time it took to argue the order could have been placed. You mean to tell me there is no DM card or Store manager upon request you deny them a service and their right to speak with management thank goodness for public reviews. Not only does everyone view this publicly or when they google your location it shows that they are incapable of hearing constructive feedback in person, refusal to grow and inability to make their loyal guests feel welcome drinks correct. You would think the in-store lobby experience would value their guests but they do not. Starbucks will not exist with this condescending approach continues to decline. It doesn't affect my income. I will gladly support other coffee shops with better training, customer service and people that actually care about their clients who want to work. Based on other recent reviews, your best not supporting this store is very sad Starbucks your loss. Do not go here, unwanted service entitled RUDE staff.
