Never read the details, I ask for no extra caramel and they still do whatever they want. I say something about them not following my request and last time they remade it by giving left overs from blender they used and put a bunch of whipping cream even though I specified light whipp.

Bad customer service, employee was on his phone and when I asked him about my order(10 mins later after mobile order was placed) he ignored me and continued to talk on his phone. The cashier was nice and helped the employee with the orders.

Both times here have been slow, rude staff, absolutely disgusting and dirty behind the counter. Employees never wash their hands and do not wear gloves. 20 minutes for one drink and people who ordered after I did got their drinks first??

My coffee was made wrong. I asked to remake after my complaint. Employee behind the counter took his time, pored coffee in a cup opened my drink and filled it with coffee. I have been ordered the same drink for a year from different stores and this one did the worst service. Also the store was very dirty.

Got bacon sandwich and extra hot late.
Is there a way to put zero stars for the service, btw?
New area manager makes them full cups only partially full if you order no ice. Only one in the country I’ve come across. Makes you feel like you’re getting screwed. I’ve cut down ordering Starbucks at ones I have not been to in case they are doing the same thing. I really don’t think the profit margin is that tight on. $6 drink.

They melt plastic into everything. They pour hot coffee into plastic cups directly before adding milk. They place plastic wrapped spoons on top of hot food instead of under.
