I don't usually go to Starbucks but I have been going a few times since they had the iced pumpkin chi latte, the last couple times I went to get my chi latte they have gotten my order wrong. I would order the largest size and they give me the grande and today I went to a different location and I got a iced peppermint chi Latte and they got everything right, I went to the snelling location asked for the same thing, repeated myself on the size 3 times and they gave me a hot peppermint chi latte (grande). I was not happy. I guess if I want my chi latte I will go to the other location that can get my order right. Plus this location charged me extra to make it a peppermint and no foam on top, the other location didnt

This was my 1st time in an actual Starbucks, I ordered the peppermint mocha frappuccino. THIS IS THE BEST DRINK I'VE EVER HAD, ITS SO FLAVORFUL!!!!

Very disappointed with the service. Most of the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I only asked for some whipped cream for my dog, and instead of a kind response, I was treated with complete disrespect. One of the workers — the one with a piercing on her eyebrow — even stuck her tongue out at me, which was shocking and completely unprofessional. I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated differently, and it made me very uncomfortable. The only positive part of this visit was one kind employee who gave the whipped cream with a smile — she was the only one who showed basic decency. This is not the kind of behavior I ever expected to experience at Starbucks

please for the love of god it’s Minnesota we don’t need that outdoor patio, take it out and put a drive thru lane or bigger parking lot. Every single time I’m here the parking lot is lined up making new parking spots for the lack of parking here. The baristas are nice and the coffee is good, but please fix this to where it makes sense. I feel like every time I come here someone is gonna hit my car cuz we are making our own parking spots

This is my normal Starbucks and I love it. Today I asked if it was possible to rush an order because I am in a time crunch. The girl working the register was so nice about it and the manager “Rae” has the most horrid attitude I’ve ever seen. She was incredibly rude and scoffed in my face and made a rude facial expression and comment. How unprofessional and rude. I’m disappointed. I now am less inclined to go to my local Starbucks.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks location, and I had a great experience. The customer service was friendly and efficient, making me feel welcomed right away. The staff was attentive and quick to take my order. The store was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax or get some work done. The only downside was that parking was limited, but overall, it was a positive visit. I’ll definitely be returning!
I ordered on mobile order this morning. It said it'll be done in 5 we got there in 15 minutes. Our drinks were about 20 minutes late. When my husband went inside to pick it up the barista insisted that I didn't purchase multiple drinks, telling my husband hell have to pay again for his drink and there's nothing in the system. A customer overheard and decided to insert himself into the conversation saying just pay there's no need to be rude to the barista. After that the same barista finished the second drink and slide it towards my husband almost spilling it, no acknowledge that she misread the order, no have a nice day, no sorry just rude from the moment we got there. If this is how you guys treat people of color, ill never come back here!!!!
