This what I Roosevelt Muhammad experience this Morning (Feb 5, 2025) at 8:03am. by a Manager at Starbucks. I wasn't allowed to use Starbucks Restroom unless I Roosevelt Muhammad purchased something and I had to use it really bad, so I had to go inside of Target Store to use the Restroom where the Starbucks is located inside 🤔
I Roosevelt Muhammad been a Starbucks Member since 2007 😲
There are no Signs up posted that says the Starbucks Restrooms is only for People buying something from Starbucks 🤔
I see why this particular location has a Low Rating 🤔
I have visited other Starbucks locations in Minnesota, it was never denied access to the Restroom 😲
To All My Ethiopian Friends that has a BIG Present and Live in the area, do not patronize this Starbucks 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
This Starbucks will turn You, your Babies and Family away, so when you shopping in Target and other Stores close by, do not stop at that Starbucks 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
Slowest service ever. Waited 10 minutes for an espresso. One drink maker making one drink at a time. Another girl just standing and watching.

asked for a venti cup of water and DANIEL, the current worker, greeted with a me with a nasty side eye when he started poring a TALL water instead of a venti when i asked him to change the cup. Also the manger, CARRIE, is very distrustful. -100000 service

Some of the staff here are great, but on recent experiences I've been served by the older lady in charge with the ponytail or by staff under her watchful eye. Her level of unfriendliness rubs off on the staff. People who don't enjoy working in customer service or who seemingly take pleasure from putting up barriers for customers should NOT be working at places where they charge almost $7 to pour a coffee. You'd think your hard-earned money would also buy some kindness. Nope. Not when she's working. If you are able, visit another Starbucks location.

Every single time I’ve been to this location the staff has been amazing and so kind. I’m assuming it’s the manager with the brown hair and ponytail?! She’s always SO nice even during stressful hours. I will continue to support this location due to the staff alone.
The baristas are always so nice, and helpful. I have never had an issue with wait time or my order. Recently the baristas were even nice to ME and helped me out when I made a mistake on my order, instead of blowing me off.

Everything is overpriced. The food was awful and the bread on their croissants felt like they were from 2000bc because of how stale they were. The cake pops took 13 minutes to arrive and they are in a glass display which after 13 minutes they took one out and gave it to me. The coffee tasted like hotel coffee when I ordered a caramel macchiato. Overall, a bad place to eat and get coffee. 1 star.

I hate coming to this location despite it being the closest to my apartment. I usually go out of my way to drive down to W7th where they treat you with respect.But today, I was late for my work from home job so it was quicker to stop in. I was the ONLY person inside at the moment when I opened the doors, yet still Ms. Ponytail ran around preparing online orders and ignoring me as usual...I stood there for like 3 long min before an extremely young girl came out of the bathroom slowly strolling behind the counter to take her place at the register and she made sure to take the time for her eyeballs to swell out of her head to observe my obese body , judging me ....when she should have been apologizing for my wait....And Ms Ponytail thats been there a million years should have said something, like 'someone will be right with you'It's just annoying and bad vibes every single time I come in here....
