This starbucks on fordparkway is terrible they take way to long just to make one drink i mean seriously come on people speed it up not everyone is going to that long for there order

The last several times I've been to this location (I live a block away and am here regularly) the coffee has tasted burnt. No, it's not just because it's a dark roast. My best guess is that you've upped the temperature on your machines. please bring it back down, if you have. Everyone is always very friendly and I'll be back, but hopefully to a less burnt flavor.

This what I Roosevelt Muhammad experience this Morning (Feb 5, 2025) at 8:03am. by a Manager at Starbucks. I wasn't allowed to use Starbucks Restroom unless I Roosevelt Muhammad purchased something and I had to use it really bad, so I had to go inside of Target Store to use the Restroom where the Starbucks is located inside 🤔
I Roosevelt Muhammad been a Starbucks Member since 2007 😲
There are no Signs up posted that says the Starbucks Restrooms is only for People buying something from Starbucks 🤔
I see why this particular location has a Low Rating 🤔
I have visited other Starbucks locations in Minnesota, it was never denied access to the Restroom 😲
To All My Ethiopian Friends that has a BIG Present and Live in the area, do not patronize this Starbucks 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️

asked for a venti cup of water and DANIEL, the current worker, greeted with a me with a nasty side eye when he started poring a TALL water instead of a venti when i asked him to change the cup. Also the manger, CARRIE, is very distrustful. -100000 service
