Met there for a quick meeting, not a big Starbucks fan, but the coffee was good, not cheap.

Baited me in with a coupon, their app failed to produce a scannable image or code and even though I could show I was both emailed and messaged the offer in their own app, they would not honor it.

Ran into the store to buy merchandise for a gift. The merchandise was missing a tag so it took the staff 15+ minutes to figure out what to do. When they finally rang it up, they could not process the sale price. I told the staff that I wanted to use stars to pay and she did not use stars, but instead charged my card. Never apologized or offered to fix the situation—-A complete lack of customer service. If I didn’t need the item for a gift at that moment, I would have left.

The female employee with brown hair and glasses was extremely rude. She was chewing gum and acting arrogantly. After I ordered a gift card and before I even ordered my coffee, she turned around and walked away. I don’t understand why Starbucks always hires employees who don’t seem to want to work. My coffee costs over seven dollars, and customers deserve respect for the less than one minute it takes to place an order. I will be going to a different location in the future.

Overall a normal Starbucks with the same expectations of drinks. This location was a bit small and hard to find a comfy spot for one or two people. They have a large table and a few smaller ones. Drive thru service was moving quickly even though it was very busy.

Vegetarian options: Nothing is labeled but it is easy to figure out.

Dietary restrictions: They have soy, oat, and almond milk.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with the restaurant next door and has lots of parking.

Great coffee and food offerings. They make high quality drinks and they hit the spot especially in the holiday time of year! Love the decorations and attention to detail. The service was fast and the seating area was clean. There is a large parking lot and multiple businesses but finding parking is not a problem.

This is my favorite Starbucks for a few reasons.
1. They are fast. I usually go in the morning around 8am when it's busy and the drive thru has been super quick the last couple weeks. I also will go inside sometimes later in the day around like 6-9pm too.
2. They are nice. They always say hi to me. Every now and then they miss something on my drink (especially if i add/ change a lot of stuff I noticed) but they've always been sure willing to fix it quickly.
3. They've been a lot more engaged in volunteer stuff lately which is super cool!! They did a book drive over the summer and did coffee grounds for your garden and composting. They're doing a clothing drive rn for DV survivors and children which I think is wonderful.
I love to support a store that supports us. Thank you guys!!!!

Bad service. There has been multiple times I have went to this location and my drink was made wrong! I asked for an iced matcha tea latte and my match had oat milk in it. I never asked for oat milk. The second time I order 2 of the same drinks one of them basically tasted like milk there was no matcha flavor added. The drinks I received had two different color greens. It’s like they don’t pay attention or don't care.

they were extremely rude in the drive through, gave me the wrong drink size, refused to warm up my bakery items. the woman in the window with blonde hair and a black turban hat ended up just walking away from me completely. worst customer service ever.

I usually go through the drive thru and their always nice and fairly quick. There are a few times that they aren't the fastest, but usually that's when I can see a car getting like a thousand drinks, or you can tell the baristas are working hard but something is happening. Anyways this is my favorite store because a few have the barista have stated to recognize me and they're always friendly. ALSO. Don't be mean to the baristas! They'll fix your drink if something is wrong, just don't be rude about it. They're human too.
