Their pizza is consistently terrible, the rest of the food is mid. Drinks are always 2-for-1s, but are up-priced accordingly. Seems to always be at least one over-served and troublesome customer around at any given time. Decent sports bar when it's not too busy but gets extremely loud at peak times due to large echo-ey open layout.

Great dive bar close to the Gopher stadium with great food and drink specials.

Station 280 has great food and great service. It is a big open space with a large double bar in the center. There are high top tables on one end of the space, and booths along one wall. There are several large TVs on the walls for watching sports and events.
Having been there several times, it's quickly become a favorite place to get a very good cheeseburger and fries. The tots are very good as well, hot and crispy, just like the fries. They have a large menu beyond the cheeseburgers, but I just haven't tried it yet. I'm sure it is very good as well. The service has consistently been good, typically handled by bartenders who very gifted at multitasking. I highly recommend giving Station 280 a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Food was great! The waitress was ok but it seems she was the only waitress so she had a lot on her plate. So it's hard to slow down and give a smile. Atmospher was cool..

This bar is not for us trust me this is my second time here and they definitely made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome. If your black pull up to the bar order get your drinks and dip this is a white bar period

Great service. Surprisingly good beer selection for a sports bar. Food is good too.

Most bars either have cheap drinks and crappy frozen pizza, or good food and $15 - $20 drinks. This place is the exception! 2 for 1 drinks that run around $8, and food that always tastes fresh with a great variety of options from standard deep fried bar fare to salads and a great walleye dinner. And when it's not crazy busy (so not at night on the weekends) the service is amazing. I emptied my beer while writing this review, and when I looked up a fresh one was waiting for me. This is truly a hidden gem in Saint Paul. Everyone should try Station 280 at least once!

Never go on a Friday or Saturday. Was there for 40 minutes, at a table, got no service the entire time. Horrible.
