Arrived before 4:30pm and crew had doors blocked with trash cans and had nearly everything put away. I showed them the sign on the front door showing they were open until 5:00 and they acted like they didn’t even know what their own hours were.

I have never been so disrespected in my life by Tina who was in charge tonight. They made the mistake and messed up my food. I came back to register in a very polite way just to get my food snatched from me and told that oh well we can’t help you basically. I told Tina that I didn’t live in the area and she did not care. I am expecting a call back from the manager about this terrible customer service. I work in the food industry and I would never treat people that way. She does not deserve a job if she can’t just be nice to people. Like who messes up someone’s whole order and and acts like it was my fault. I am completely appalled.
