Stopped by after taking my daughter to the children’s museum. The staff looked strung out. The only person who didn’t look high out of their mind was some kid who looked like he had no idea what was going on. I ordered a six inch sandwich and a kids meal. Realized I was charged $22 for what should have costed $14. I looked at the receipt and there were a bunch of extra things I didn’t order on there. I went to the counter and they said they would refund the original amount and charge what was supposed to be charged in the first place. Well, they charged the $14 but never refunded the $22. I ended up paying $36 for a six inch sandwich and a kids meal that was made by a crackhead and to top it off she was so high she was throwing extra stuff on there that no one even asked for. I asked for lettuce and she added pickles. I asked for salt and pepper she added green peppers.I talked to the manager and they said they would call me right back and it’s been months.Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Highlights: Near Securian Financial & New Horizon, Near Bus Line, Located In Skyway, Clean Environment, Good Customer Service, Great ProductThis is my favorite Subway location in the Skyway downtown Saint Paul. This location is always open on time, which is surprisingly impressive in comparison to the other nearby location. The space is always clean, smiling faces greeting you with an eagerness to serve. They are knowledgeable about the app and go above and beyond with their customer service. The food line is always perfect! Visually exciting, orderly and presentable. It is so hard to walk past this location because the smell of the baking bread is intoxicating. Sometimes I find myself lured in by the delicious smells, and I am never disappointed in either the product or the service. This location is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options include but are not limited to, a veggie sub, a veggie flatbread, a veggie wrap, salad, cookies, chips, beverages, etc.Dietary restrictions: Subway chains are known for you to be able to customize your sandwiches.Kid-friendliness: This location offers kid meals.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is on the second floor, just a few feet away from the elevators.

They don't care about the quality of their food. It's always sloppy. You can taste when for is made with care and I've yet to experience that here.

A dumpster fire. Leftover food and trash all over ALL the tables, and not a smile in sight from the staff. Won’t be back - lots of other options to choose from in the building!

HORRIBLE... Had the new supreme meats. Added black olives that tasted like gasoline. The dressing was worse! Pulled the disgusting ham and vegetables out to make it palatable but the whole thing was a horable attempt at........

They do not honor any of the advertised specials and don’t tell you that until your order is finished. Horrible customer service. Went for the 5 dollar footlong they would not honor that. Don’t waste your time. Go to Erbert and Gerberts.
