If I could give this restaurant minus stars I would give them autonomium.I went in there to buy some food for a friend of mine. And I was trying to buy the six ninety nine deal and the clerk who was a guy was very rude and said that he would not honor the deal even though it's a subway deal. This subway It's not honoring a company deal that is advertised.Which constitutes fraud?Save your money or go do a different Subway.I will be reporting this subway to the better business Is bureau and the state attorney general

I am so disappointed with subways this is why they lose business to Jersey Mike's and other sub shops and this is considered extra meat I'm so pissed right now I could slap one of the employees with this half made ass sandwich. They raise the prices and cut the portion of meat in half there's more bread and lettuce than anything

What in the world is going on with subway? 2 sandwiches were over $30.. we were hoping to pickup a few to save money before the Airport but even at those prices -airport food is cheaper.I would suggest anything other than this place.

The host welcomed us with a big smile. She was very kind I believe her name was Jadid? But what I love most about her was how she handled a rude customer who raised his voice and threatened her with bad reviews if he didn’t get his money back from a sandwich he bought and finished the day prior. She was calm and did not let this man bully her into getting a refund. Friendly reminder to be kind and patient towards our front line workers

The lady that helped us was very sweet and did a great job making our order! It’s a small location but she made us feel welcome and pleasant the entire time. Someone had come in to complain about their order from the day before and they wanted a refund after they had eaten the entire sandwich. Her and the manager had handled the situation very well. He tried to berate her and belittle her for not speaking enough English and was rude the entire time. But she handled it with grace. I’ve read other reviews about employees not speaking English, it’s not hard to slow down and reiterate what you’re saying a different way instead of saying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Be nice to service workers they’re just trying their best!

First time at this location and definitely the last. The layout is impractical, especially during busy lunch hours. You’re jam packed by the front door. The employees seem untrained. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub and he didn’t know which meat to grab, along with my bf’s sandwich which was rotisserie chicken and he wasn’t sure which one it was, I had to help him. Same thing happened to the customer behind us.He threw everything on top and it was so messy and sloppy. All the meat was on one side and veggies on the other side so I had to wait til I got home to reassemble it. On top of that, I wish I took pics of the veggies because they were brown, shriveled up, and looked old. I don’t recommend this location.

Horrible service. I came in to order à la carte which was American cheese, turkey and ham and it came out to almost twice as much as the 6” sandwich when yesterday I went to a different subway and it came out to $6 and some change. I had to ask the lady about this and she didn’t understand english enough to know how what I was talking about. Finally I told the lady nm and I didn’t want the food anymore and I would never be returning to this location since they cant get a simple à la cart correct.

Don't bother trying to order here, they will straight up ignore you and make whatever they want.I came in and asked for a number 4 off the Subway Series menu. Employee said nothing and looked at me like I was crazy. I then said the name of the sandwich and they still looked confused. I also asked for a 6-inch sub and that request was completely ignored- they made a footlong. When adding vegetables, I clearly and loudly said "tomato" at least 3 times and the employee then put onions on my sandwich. At first I thought there was maybe a language barrier, because I heard the employees conversing in Spanish (which is fine!), but tomato is almost the exact same word (tomate) in Spanish, so I really have no idea what was going on.Also, since when is a footlong $13? I'm pretty sure it's not nearly that expensive at any other Subway.

Not sanitary. Second time I've been here when employee wears gloves to tap on register screen, give change and then make next sandwich. Can't believe they aren't taught about germs and how filthy money is.

Lulu was amazing in getting my food fast..I was trying to order online..but it wasn't working out..I had only a small amount of time..she was pleasant/knowledgeable and just sunshine..It's very clean..from front to back..definitely plan to make this "my subway"

Parking: Plenty space right in front.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is also parking for wheelchair access as the sidewalk.
