Tried to order the subway from online. But the site didn't even give me an option to pick a time. Thought it would let me pick a time after I checked out. NOPE randomly picked the order at 9am which I couldn't. Tried calling the location like 5 times. The 6th time they finally picked up. Tried telling them if I could change my time of pickup. All I got was a "Nope I don't get any order" I tried to tell them it was a pickup in 15 mins. I blame the website for not clearing it out nicely and wasn't even helpful to change the pickup time after. It still sucked that the lady wasn't even helpful. Sound like she had an attitude towards me after the 6th call.

There was no way in the subway, but there was people in the subway ordering. Security guard was in there just sitting in there doors were locked and she was very disrespectful for ignoring me and my partner when we were trying to find a way in, but all the doors were locked and we still confused how the people that got in there also, it was cold outside. Nobody assisted us never will go back to the subway again..

Overall experience i was dissatisfied. I get there and they are only taking online orders. Ok that's fine but we would like for our food to be like we ordered it. I ordered a veggie delight footlong. I ask for spinach and instead gave me dirty old lettuce. I paid for extra cheese that I didn't even get. Plus I tipped the guy thinking he do one sandwich the right way and that didn't happen. Very disappointed.

Useless. Ordered a sub online and when I went to open it, half the things were not on the sub. I went all the way there to show them the sub and they said to file a complaint. Wouldn't even give me the things on the side.

Went there today right when they open at 11:00 am 2-4-2024 the girl open the door I walked in never was I greeted or acknowledged at once nothing at all !!! The girl ignore me like I was never there I asked for a footlong meat ball she just looked at me said nothing at all like if I’m a ghost. Waited 10 minutes still got no service or how long I will be waiting for no communications at all by the the girl working at the front she just doing her own thing texting or whatever she was putting money in the draw cashier thingy.. still she would not talk to me or communicate to me never letting me know how much I will have to wait til she will serve my order.. just waited too long like if I’m useless piece of human lol so I just walked out and drove up to mcds at Marion n university and got a burger meal there instead lol, all this time she still haven’t talked to me or initiate communication with me one time none at all ! Said nothing when I walked out too Lols! I used to work at a subway too just crazy Subways aren’t customer satisfaction any more lols! So guys n girls if u come to this subway at university ave don’t come when they just open go later on in the noon time I guess so they be ready to serve u lols ! My experience was horrible so don’t go when they just opened their lazy AF lols ! I hope corporate or the manager do better during opening lol best yet just ignore this place at all cost go else where for food thank me later save urself the harsh reality of embarrassment in life lols !! I felt hostile AF too but kept my cool like a G lols !

Giving it a one star bc I know their credit scanner has a scam tracking device on it. Some how same day after placing and paying for my food, I was charged with a scription to a media platform. Note I only used my card once this day so it had to be here.

Don't bother coming here for dinner. The lobby is closed and their solution is to put up a pharmacy-style microphone and order window. The window faces University Ave so you can't hear anything through the speaker, its cold and windy outside, and Subway's extensive order process just doesn't work in these conditions.If this is what it's like to order after sunset (6:30 pm), just don't bother being open or hire a security guard.
They have poor customers service skill.as this is the closest subway to me,I go out my way to a different subway on Selby there food is fresh and there not stingy with the toppings.

Never have I ever had a worse sandwich, at subway, or any restaurant, than I did today. The sandwich was made without any care or attention. The bread was cut with 80% on it on the bottom, leaving a thin top of the roll which made it impossible to close. There was only a 6 inch worth of meat on my footlong BMT(I worked at subway for years so know what should be there),and zero attention was paid to my instructions asking for the LESS option on the vegetables, with an insane amount of onions and peppers and cucumbers, but barely any tomatoes, I counted 2. I asked for 2 kinds of sauce, and got 1 kind, and so little on my sandwich, leaving it dry and unappetizing. Combined with the cut of the bread and state of the meat and veggies, 3/4ths of the sandwich were inedible.Usually this location is ok, but today I spent $10 on a sandwich that went straight into the trash. Now I have nothing to eat before work. Very very very upset about this. Ruined my day and my view of this franchise, and subway as a whole. Don’t think I will be returning. 2 starts not 1 because the girls usually there are nice and good at their job usually but the dude today really sucked.

My parents just came from this location and they were denied service because they wanted to order nine cold cut foot longs. They were told that quantity meant catering. Mind you the two employees were sitting down when my parents walked in. My dad then said well would you sell me 4 and sell my wife 4 and yet like that they said they can’t. So the employees went back to sitting down and watched my parents walk out. I just don’t understand how you wouldn’t make a consideration especially being that they were just sitting down and had nothing to do. This occurred on 9/22/23 at 10:45 am
