The workers were more concered with thier own conversation than customer service. The cashier pulled his phone out while I was paying. And they ran out of forks apparently, so I couldnt even eat my salad.

I have gone to this location five times now and have not had one good experience here. Employees routinely violate Ramsey County Health and Safety code some instances i have observed were as follows coughing and sneezing on food prep areas with failure to sanitize, employees with long polished false nails touching food without gloves, touching the register with gloves on after making food then proceeding to return to the make line without changing gloves or sanitizing hands, employees returning to kitchen after a smoke break and not sanitizing hands before returning to work prepping & making sandwiches. I will not be returning to this location.

The service isn't terrible but is super slow because there is always only one employee and they never hustle. I waited nearly 45 min to get my sandwich when there were only 4 other people in front of me. Don't come here if you're in a rush because you won't have enough time to even place your order due to snail speed service.

Came 15 min before closing girl saw me and ignored me I thought she would let me in considering store should not be closed. Could have just talked to me like a human being ignored me rude.

Tiffany, Pam and Anna are fabulous!! There was a lot to complain about in the previous post. 1 star isn't realistic at all. I ordered my sandwich, have conversation, pay and Im on my way. Those were my expectations. Some great women work in there and I love the conversation and seeing their smiles. BAD LOCATION! It's in a bad part of town with car break ins in the parking lot and they let panhandlers loiter inside, trash the bathroom, and bug the paying customers. The employees are NOT friendly and they skimp on all toppings, even worse as compared to other Subways. Asking for extra gets you 1-2 extra little pieces. Not even a hello or thank you....what's your order, pay me, done and move on. Plus I have observed more than once the employees leaving the gloves on when opening cabinets/ovens, handling money, and running dirty dishes to the back. Then you watch them making sandwiches with the same nasty gloves. This location also lacks the stuff the other stores have (Fuse iced tea for instance). This location does everything on the cheap. If you want plain meat on bread, then I guess you won't be disappointed.
