Ordered via Doordash a Turkey Salad with turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, mayo, salt, and pepper. When order arrived, I noticed it looked different than normal. The turkey was just laying on top and not cut up. When I looked under the turkey, there was only lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I am very disappointed. With delivery fees I paid nearly $20 and now will need to reorder my lunch and hope that it's made correctly this time. I tried calling twice and there was no answer either time.

I put an online order in and they forgot to add cheese. I took off veggies and they put them on anyway.
I ordered delivery through door dash and the chips and cookies I received were not the chips and cookies I ordered. Tried contacting the store a couple times, no answer. At least they got my sandwich right....
Diamond is extremely nice and had great costumer service. All while doing it herself. She’s an amazing worker and made me feel welcomed ❤️❤️❤️
Worst sub ever from Subway. So few toppings, you can't even see them from the outside. What a joke.

I left my credit card at subway at 2121 University in St. Paul by mistake. The next day when I noticed it was gone I callled they said they had the card. I went to pick it up and the manager said she could'nt find it. She called her husband who works nights there he said he put it someplace at the subway store. She still could'nt find it and said I should come back that evening to when her husband worked. I finially got my card back when he showed up for work. It all seemed suspicious. So I called my credit card company to check for charges. A $164 charge was made for a PlayStation that I never bought. The purchase was made the day My card was missing. It's been 5 days of calls to store with no answers.

We stopped here after visiting the Model train museum. It was awful. First we expected to get the nationally advertised meal for $6.99, instead, our meals were $13.00 pretax. One sandwich contained both BBQ sauce and honey mustard. There was way too much of both sauces that they overpowered the sandwich. The sandwich was a slimey mess, have the sandwich was thrown away. Beyond the food, the service was not friendly and we had to wait twice to get our food while she worked on another order. We rarely visit Subway any more as we have found too many employees who seem to hate their job and the food is mediocre. We went here as it was convenient for the outing with the grandchildren, but we will never return.
Alarm under it was good on everything except the taxes was crazy 8.96% sales tax I thought it was 8.5% sales tax??

The sandwich artist working at this location on today's date (10/22/24 @ 12:30) was quite literally the worst one I've had an interaction with. Unable to make one sandwich correctly as she's trying/and failing miserably to make multiple sandwiches at once, she denied her coworker any opportunity to help and left the other employee to run the till. I informed her three times I would like my sandwich toasted, her response was the breads warm. Then suggestively saying she'd warm my meat. I dont care if the breads warm, I want it toasted. She responded I'm kind saying, I don't want you trying hard bread the first time. I already am being strong armed into trying your new bread. At least toast my sandwich. Again ingoring my request to toast my sandwich, she then proceeded to attempt to add the fixings to my sandwich. I say attempt because I gave her the items I'd like. And she then had to ask 14 times about which ingredients, and proceeded to add incorrect topping. Again she ignores my request to make the sandwich that I am trying to order. Because, ya know, it's my sandwich that I'm going to eat. Even more upsetting is when I brought all of this up and how I'd like the sandwich I ordered. She turned my question into a argument, when I simply wanted the ingredients listed prepared to my liking.

The girl who was working behind the counter was an absolute gem. (10/12 @ 1:45pm) Literally customer service is her second nature and it's quite clear that she is very good at her job and extremely personable. Not only that but she was also working by herself. Staff like this truly make a place.

Ordered 2 of the same sandwiches on the app Bogo.
One was with no mayo so I could eat it the next day. I asked when I picked them up to verify 1 had no may. In a snotty voice I was told it was made per the ticket which said 1 no mayo. I called after I got back to work and was told I could come back the next day and they would make me a new sandwich which I did. After making 90% of my sandwich, she said she had to call her boss since she said I probably ate the one from yesterday that didn't have mayo on it. I told her that was not the case and why would I call to complain if that was the case. The boss said I could get $4 back only since I did the bogo but they would not make me a new sandwich which I was told they would yesterday. I asked if I could at least get my soggy ass sandwich back and they did. What a joke!
This is not the first time this has happened either where my sandwich was not made to order. I love Subway BUT GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE AND THE MANAGER HAS NO COMMON SENSE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Sounds like it's all about the money. How much are you losing on 1 sandwich? OMG REALLY!!!!
