Worst service... Charges for a Cancelled order that I was called to tell they were gonna make changes to from the original order. I was called and told my order was being changed and I chose to cancel my order. The caller didn't know if I would be charged for the cancelled order and that I would be refunded. IT NEVER WAS REFUNDED.

Real bad customer service. Came in asking for a sub and the person shook their head not saying anything. Had to ask until I figured out what they didn’t have apparently. Ended up driving to another subway a mile away where the customer service was much better. For context I wanted a rotisserie chicken and they were out of the chicken, the second subway also didn’t have chicken at the counter but the employee gladly told me to give him a couple of seconds and he could get more. Definitely never going to this subway ever again

It's so nice being able to go to a restaurant again. It felt like an actual treat to be able to head to the Subway.I do not dislike their competitor, who I won't mention the name of, but I like subways selection and freshness much better. The location on arcade is a little bit difficult to get to, and currently they are not offering dining service, but those are the only two very minor points that drop this review from a 5 to 84. And it's just temporary.Staff was very friendly, genuine, attentive, and made it a welcome back to casual fast food.Run to Subway and get some fresh meal!

Whoever manages this store, can you please fire one of your employees? I have waited over 10 minutes to place an order because an African American gentleman taking orders was too busy catching up with a customer. They were talking about life, kids, medical bills, etc. I motioned to him several times that I needed to place an order, but he said to keep waiting in line.I ended up leaving and will never go back. Pathetic and childish customer service. Wish I could award 0 stars.

This store closed early on 4/12/2021. I had ordered off of the subway app and when I went to pick up, there was a sign on the door that they closed early. When I called the following day to be refunded for my order, because I did get charged, they were extremely rude and said they closed early and have no proof on their end that I ordered. I had proof in my app so I highly doubt that they couldn't find my order, but they wouldn't even try. They basically told me I was SOL and sent me on my way. I highly recommend not doing business with them....at least not through the app unless you know they are open for sure.

Quick, polite, and clean service. Also, my sub looks fantastic. Keep up the good work!

What can you say about Subway? Most of it is not flattering but you can expect two things: (1) uniformity meaning that you can expect to get the same meatball sub in Saint Paul, Saint Louis, or San Francisco; and (2) that they are literally everywhere. I've ordered the cold cut combo. The meat is pre sliced and "shingled" in a processing plant. The portion is adequate. The quality is well below what you can expect from Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's. I've also had the meatball as well. Nothing special to write home about. The worst sandwich I had was the Philly Cheesesteak which was absolutely horrible. To me going to Subway is equivalent of going to Denny's as you don't plan to go there but just "give up" because of convenience. Moreover, they have been scrutinized by the press many times from using a chemical that is used in yoga mats for their buns, food quality, and a spokesman that is sitting in prison. In summary, if you are on a tight budget Subway is a much better choice than eating Deli Express sandwiches from a convenience store but if you have a few spare dollars go to Jersey Mike's.

Ordered $34.61 in subs but the bread was hard. How hard is it to give soft bread and the the right bread. And to top it off the manager was arguing like I'm lying. Saying I made this order and I gave you all fresh bread.

Just like any other Subway

Most of the sodas were out of order, they messed up my sandwich and somehow mistook me for a man. They weren't malicious, only somewhat incompetent.
