Legit the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a subway. Almost every employee I’ve felt with was rude, uncaring and slow . They all struggle to follow directions and ruin my sub everytime. And if that wasn’t bad enough they seem to continuously make slick comments like it’s not they job to make sandwiches the two white girls the only ones that seemed like they even slightly cared abt their job and im highly disappointed in the sisters fr just rude and unprofessional

I ordered at 8:40 and they said my order will be delivered by 9:14 but it kept increasing until it became 10:00. Then they cancelled my order. I have never seen a place take more than an hour to pack 5 items, they weren’t even sandwiches.

This place is never open till the time it says it is. Do trust that the owner confirmed the open and close hours. It's 8:50 pm 1/30/25 and they ain't open, when the owner 4 weeks ago confirmed they are open till 10pm on google.

I love subway but HATE this location!!! It use to be a great location but I'm not sure if it is the management or entire staff. Don't get delivery from this location!!! They always canceling the order with no call or explanation and if you try to call it will either be busy, no answer or fax machine picks up. Just ridiculous. I would prefer they shut down this location so I can get delivery from the once off highway 36 and Rice Street!!!!! If I didn't like Subway, I would rate them 1 star.
The first time in this location I had a good impression that Bryon was happy to accommodate all my requests. I will come back again.

Made sandwich wrong twice. This was an online order and drove all the way back to get a new one made. Both girls behind the counter didnt even say a word and they made other people's orders first as they were coming in. Finally get home and the sandwich is still wrong. Missing toppings and extras that I paid extra for. Terrible customer service
One of the worst customer experiences I've ever experienced. They messed up my pick-up order. No big deal, it happens. But when I called to let them know they questioned me every step of the way. When I walked into the store they didn't say one word to me, just grabbed the bag and inspected each sandwhich to make sure I didn't lie. After inspecting each one, they begain to make new sandwiches. (They knew I was coming and could have easily made these in advance since I have now spent 45 minutes trying to get my sandwhich). No apology, no offer to try right the situation. Absolutely terrible service and very disappointing from one of my favorite sandwhich shops.

I went there multiple times and I got this GM named Bree in the mornings service twice now. She sure as heck holds her title well deserved because she is darn great on what real customer service and preparing the sandwich very well. I always wish I get her when I go there because she's not only fast and neat, she's very professional! Love it!

We just up there, presented lady with a valid coupon for 2 footlongs, got 2 bags of chips, 2 soda pops and 2 cookies. Kinda thought I was overcharged. But then got home, footlongs were at regular full price, she forgot my cookies and the handles on your new paper bags broke. Not sure where the glitch was....
