Not actually open until 10. I went in at 9:45 and was told I couldn't order even though I just wanted a super simple sandwich.

It’s unfortunate that they changed their store hours to open an hour later, with no warning, and it’s worth 1-star. This was the earliest opening store in the market, from what I can surmise.
Now I have absolutely no reason to give them my business.
This is so sad, because they made every morning wonderful. Everyone who works here in the morning is a delight, but that can’t keep the lights on.

The Sandwich artist Bree when I visited was incredibly welcoming and quick. She managed to make, between me and the other people in line, 5 Sandwiches all in around 10 minutes. She did a really good job making them and was incredible at remembering and accommodating requests for toppings. A credit to the franchise, this was one of my best Subway experiences in a long while

Today 07/25/25 I arrived at around 10 am at this Subway and was greeted by the most kind hearted worker I’ve ever had in my life. They took time to talk and ask about my day even though it was chaotic outside with a lot of stress. I tipped 10 dollars and wished fairwell. If it were my opinion I’d have them as the face of the restaurant chain in Minnesota. We need more workers in the Twin Cities like this that actually take time to see customers and talk to them. Outstanding job hiring this one Subway! WOW. I wish I got their name but I’ll recommend everyone my family and friends to come to this location for now on.

I left my debit card in the machine and they returned it the next day. Very much appreciated. Honesty is commendable. Always has been a friendly and efficient store. Good vibes! Nice ladies.

The subway artist treated me like a newborn baby in front of other customers, making me very uncomfortable. She refused to take my additional orders because I didn't place them all at the same time. As a result, I didn’t eat the sandwiches and gave them away to others. I will never go back to the that store again.

Legit the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a subway. Almost every employee I’ve felt with was rude, uncaring and slow .
They all struggle to follow directions and ruin my sub everytime. And if that wasn’t bad enough they seem to continuously make slick comments like it’s not they job to make sandwiches the two white girls the only ones that seemed like they even slightly cared abt their job and im highly disappointed in the sisters fr just rude and unprofessional

I ordered at 8:40 and they said my order will be delivered by 9:14 but it kept increasing until it became 10:00. Then they cancelled my order. I have never seen a place take more than an hour to pack 5 items, they weren’t even sandwiches.
