We just up there, presented lady with a valid coupon for 2 footlongs, got 2 bags of chips, 2 soda pops and 2 cookies. Kinda thought I was overcharged. But then got home, footlongs were at regular full price, she forgot my cookies and the handles on your new paper bags broke. Not sure where the glitch was....

Wanted to take my two toddlers out for lunch and decided to grab subway. Unfortunately things did not go as planned. I arrived to this subway And immediately the staff was rude. The lady there didn’t say hello after I greeted her and just went straight to “what do you want??” I replied that we needed sometime to look because this is their first time eating subway so I needed to go over what they wanted. Once we were done I had let the lady know that we were ready but she decided to ignore us instead and acted as if we were not standing there.

The store was inaccessible, upon arrival the door was locked. Employee was inside doing things, I called inside but had to wait outside in the heat for 25 minutes for my order.
