Ordered delivery on the app, never received my order. Called door dash who tried contacting the store 6 times as well as at least 50 times myself. Nobody answers, manager voicemail is full and never received my food or my money back!! Straight robbed me bro

I’m a diabetic and I needed some sugar because I started to feel dizzy I was broke no money just for a small soda she yelled and was so disappointed with the whole store. DONT GO HERE

Walked in since I was early for my kids order at Wing Stop (next door), notice a worker cleaning the tables so I stood patiently for a couple minutes.to avail. That worker just ignored me all together and that's when I walked out and spent my money elsewhere; There's always another Subway near by and no one (customers') should be treated this way

I'm just really writing this review to tell everybody that's whining about Subway and the employees try it for a day see how you feel about customers like yourself coming in and being a holes to them! I've been eating at Subway for many many years only had a problem one time they were closed because I forgot to set my clock ahead so it was really 9: 45 and not 8:45 which I thought it was so it was my bad now stop complaining about the employees unless you've done it or are doing it!!!!

Are they even opened in the mornings? The hours says it opens at 7am but it was closed.
Food was good, but not having a restroom available for paying dine-in customers is horrible. Pretty sure it also breaks an ordinance or two.
Poor customer service 11/2/24. The app showed our order as already picked up before we left the house. I had to call 9 times to get an answer instead of being hung up on. Once I got an answer the employee was rude and unprofessional. Also, food was not very good. You can tell when someone cares or puts a little effort into making food. It shows. Definitely not one of the better subway experiences we've ever had. The Anne's pretzels were stale and overbaked... Hard as rocks. The sandwiches were meh.

wasnt instore so gave a 1 but Had delivery and I actully CALLED and asked a girl to send extra lettuce for my salad which was GREAT got order and NO extra lettuce for salad ! which upset me after promised she'd put it in my delivery when I tried to call back they were clised and app said were open like 2 more hours !

Ordered on their app for delivery and my 2 subs showed up without the extra things I paid for and the customization were wrong. They pretty much made the sandwiches how they wanted to. Called up there and got attitude from a lady name Laura who claimed she was the only person there and the manager after she offered no resolution for HER completely sending the wrong food. Said I can call another way to speak to someone if I wanted to. She was very rude and I have contacted the store and their customer resolution department several times with no response. Stay away from this ghetto mess of a store.
