I got coupons in the mail and decided to try them for the first time in a long time. Tell me why my "regular" mayo and garlic aioli sandwich had soooooo much sauce, the veggies were drowning in the sandwich? And bread could've been cut through. I ordered online and it prompts you to add a tip, which I did out of kindness, but it's treatment like this that makes me never want to tip beforehand ever again. This was inedible, it became trash (after attempts to salvage). Let this be a reminder for you to go to Jimmy John's instead. Not worth coming here, even with coupons.

The person making my sub was very good at their job and made loaded non messy sub but the establishment needs to take care of the ingredients , I ordered 2 subs one garlic steak footlong and a turkey footlong with bacon and extra turkey idk if it was the bacon or the turkey or the veggies but I am home with food poisoning from that sub the steak one didn't seem to do anything to my fiance but I've had ALL the symptoms of food poisoning and that's all I ate so ik it was that

Update : ordered via the app got the wrong sized drink & got home had unwanted toppings on sandwich.
Lost my ear bud. They seemed to not care at all

Update still rude asked for my sandwich toasted she didn’t listen to what I asked . If you can’t handle working fast food maybe you shouldn’t be working ….

Posted hours are a lie they come when they want . So don’t bother to order ahead

Made an online order and when I went to pick it up the employees refused to make it because the ticket apparently didn't come through, waited 30 min to never get the sandwiches or a refund they said a manager would reach out if I left my info and never did, 3 weeks later and they still owe me a refund

I drove 25 mins Just pulled up at this moment and the person inside comes and locks the doors as she sees me pulling up parking and getting out. It’s only 10:31pm and it states that they are open until 12:00am according to the internet.

Star Flavor

Ordered twice through the Uber eats app and both times something was wrong. The first order was missing items from behind the counter and the second order had two sandwiches that were both wrong. These orders were close together in time as well, ordered within the same week.
