I had a bad experienceWalked in and 2 employees assisted in making a sandwich for me and my child but, no FRESH lettuce ("supposedly") then the lady refused to finish making our sandwiches 2x's saying "girl bye...blah blah blah" "I'm not making your sandwich!" And my response was in calm tone, respectful manner, "so your refusing to make my sandwich because you ain't ready,when all you have to do is get the lettuce from the back!" "I'm going to have to call corporate and let them know about this, it's not right the sign says FRESH made!" and she walked away then other customers came in and she said "no lettuce to them too but I stood solid and waited patiently for the lady to reassess herself while grabbing that lettuce ? as I was paying she said to not tip her (she refused a tip) I still thanked her and the "Angry sandwich" she made was very delicious!GOD BLESS HER ❤️ ??GOD LOVES YOU!!!!Vegetarian options: FRESH VEGGIESParking: FREE parkingKid-friendliness: Yessssssss

Can I give zero stars???! I will never and I rapeat never go to this place again. The workers were rude and they had nothing for sandwiches. I ordered a turkey mexicali, it's supposed to come with mozzarella cheese and avocado spread which is what makes it the sandwich. Instead I got a turkey and bacon sandwich with no cheese and was charged for the sandwich I asked even though I brought it up when she was ringing up my order. This place was ridiculous and for $40, I would expect something to turn out right in my order.

I walked in and did not get greeted, I said hi and he looked at me and still did not say anything, tables was not clean and is station where he makes the sandwiches was not clean. I stood there and then he said do you have a pick up order I said no, and that was all he said. I left, I do not want to spend any money somewhere where I can’t even get acknowledged. 31.00 for 3 six inch sandwiches is insane and WAY TO MUCH TAYLOR SWIFT on the radio .
Went to this location between 7 and 8 pm to order 7 subs. There were 2 men working, and they gave a great experience. They were friendly, efficent, very articulate to presentation and got those 7 subs done in a timely manner. Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a subway to date.

So today at 2:45-3pm October 7th 2023 , me and my fiance were helped by a very young black man with dread locks, he was left by himself today which off bat you noticed when walking in, but that does not matter because he made sure he greeted us and did our sandwiches PERFECTLY , in the midst of alot of customers coming in he kept his cool and made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely matter. We just wanna salute him ,and thank him for taking care of us greatly in the midst of alot going on!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I’ve never watched a sandwich get made more slowly. Actually in awe. Store was busy and people were walking out because the staff must’ve had some secret game of who can take the most time to make a sandwich. I’d think you’d want to get people out of the store? Not keep them in.
