Wonderful neighborhood coffee joint with some excellent food options. Do yourself a favor and get the French Toast, it is genuinely world class. Seriously. It is mind-blowing how good the French Toast is. Lovely staff, nice outdoor seating options, and a cozy upstairs area are also big pluses!
I have done dine in, take out, and curbside pick up from this place for a few years now and they have never disappointed. Coffee and Horchata is delish and ANY of their baked goods are always solid. The baking game there is 10/10 and you can tell it’s a passion. They will have a rotating menu of specials for breakfast and lunch alongside their main menu, specials such as middle eastern breakfast sandwich with homemade yogurt bread (a favorite) or some Thai curry noodles for lunch or matcha tiramisu for dessert. Some staples that I always get are a dirty chai, baked french toast, and their Quiche. Best quiche I have ever had. This place is truthfully a “third place” for me and it is a staple in the community. I go here any time I have extra funds for a pick me up or self care day 💚💚 They have seating options down stairs, cozy seating upstairs, and lovely seasonal patio as-well.
Great Spot to meet, just had coffee!
Nice people, atmosphere
Coffee is always gross. Yet the food is always a hit. My go-to's are the croissant sandwiches and quesadillas. I get mine with no meat.
4.5 stars feels about right. You order at the counter. A respectable amount of options for breakfast and lunch. The space is quite cool, multiple levels of seating. A nice outdoor space with an adjacent garden. It had just been lightning raining so I didn't eat outside, but will go back on a nicer day to try another menu item. I had the backed hashbrow platter. It was tasty.
Originally coffee shop we wanted to go to was closed so my wife found this spot on a whim. Awesome place to visit for a quick lunch.
I ordered the cucumber tomato sandwich and it was phenomenal even those I’m not a vegetarian. The white bean Sadie (paste?) really made the sandwich.
We also got the last chocolate almond croissant and I can see why it was the last one. The middle was almost like a slightly underbaked cookie. So good.
Great place to come with quick friendly service.
Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are always delicious 😋
Stay awhile inside or on patio that overlooks downtown st Paul. Cool staff... friendly and Helpful with menu recommendations. Yummy coffee in real coffee mugs...3 sizes!!!
I really enjoy their sandwich and salad lunch special and their seasonal drinks, and the cozy seating on the landings going upstairs are especially charming. Great lunch spot, a bit pricier than other nearby locations, but worth it for the ambiance!

Nice, quiet coffee shop with a large variety and smooth coffee. Food menu was pretty good but was limited during the week. Nice outdoor area to sit in with a walkable garden adjacent to the building.
